One company has a new test that will give a result for a virus that could turn into a worldwide pandemic...potential of many hundreds of millions of sales...and WSG has sold , at best, 5 scanners for perhaps £25k of profit. Chalk and cheese does not come close to describe the difference.

Tema contract signing is coming soon. Saudi contract/s will come out of nowhere. They've gone in and assessed some ports, going over them in detail analysing where they are deficient , where there are holes, physical areas that need upgrading, whole systems that may or may not be functional, training needs. They will have supplied detailed reports to their clients. Second round of meetings now. Probably another talking shop, perhaps some defined requirements and a request for hard quotes...who knows, this it will take a lot longer than we wish, a whole bunch of toing and froing.
Tema first and then anything from Saudi, Francophone Africa, Anglophone Africa, South America, more port scanners in Asia, more business in Ghana.....and I suspect a whole host of opportunities we know nothing about.
My reality says Tema and one, hopefully two more MSCs this year, lots of small and one or two large tech contracts. EBITDA positive for 2019. 2020 £15-20m revenue , £1-3 million net profit .

sentiment is awful but the reality is really pretty good. 2-5 years ago the sentiment was much better but the reality was awful.

Fowler's historical failure to deliver has destroyed sentiment in the stock. Hence , if you believe the past couple of years have seen a drastic improvement, the current price offers a great opportunity.

If you don't believe the SP will go up, it does beg the question..........why are you invested in this stock? Find a better one and get on with your investing life.

More business development managers employed, more sales staff employed, more trainers employed, South American business facilitator, new director with Anglophone and Francophone network, ........you don't do all of that unless business was growing fast and more importantly, the number of opportunities in front of them required the manpower to facilitate them.
Exciting times for those with patience, value will out in the end.

They gave guidance, they didn't say it would be signed in February...so come on, get real. Stop trying to make something out of nothing. In the mean time WSG are appointed, doing the work and getting paid. It'll get signed...when? Who knows?.....LIKELY is the key word...so don't go expecting it to definitely happen otherwise you will probably be disappointed.

I'm really looking forward to getting this contract formally signed. Just hope we get some idea of what it will be worth to WSG in purely financial terms. Some visibility would be very handy

What is for sure and ultimately probably way more valuable is the credibility the Tema contract brings to the company. Together with their much improved finances they are a much more attractive group to do business with. The Tema port 'calling card' is fantastic validation of Westminster Group . I am certain it will help them win much more business. More managed service contracts, more long term recurring revenue contracts across ports, airports and other major infrastructure projects.

I expect to see at least two more MSCs get signed this year. Institutional investors love recurring revenue businesses ...so do other security companies.

Nope. They don't hold stock. Effectively a re-seller but have long standing relationships with supplier/s

Has anyone heard of the RNS system?

you run a publicly listed company that you have poured your heart and soul into for 20 years. You and your family work there and own a decent percentage. After many years of striving you are at an inflection point. Things are about to go a lot better.
You have lots of rules you have to follow as you are a public limited company. Why would you RNS that you are selling a piece of kit that only represents a very small part of your business? What would be the point of trying to spike the share price? It wouldn't last because the financial reality would become apparent. You would just end up looking like a charlatan when you are in the midst of building a creditable, profitable and successful business. Spiking the SP so the likes of Noodle can flog his stock is not Fowler's priority.

The budget is €1 million....doesn't mean that 1 million divided by 36 is the price...there will be other costs involved hence I was being conservative with price per unit
