Who knows Mike? I suspect not but WTFDIK...I just can't see how they can provide full clarity on how much income WSG will receive. I think we will be left to work it out from Annual and half yearly accounts. They always split up MSCs and tech. We will be able to guesstimate SL revenues (Which I think will be circa £4.25 million for 2019), Keyguard about £1million hopefully.
If they boast about Tema revenues in the contract RNS it will cause problems for MPS, the government and could well stymie potential new business deals in Ghana. So, I suspect we will see those ghastly words...significant, meaningful , transformative etc.....and as a result it will take time for full value of the contract to get translated into SP performance.
I expect another MSC to land before too long...remember that interview quote from PF. We know there is a lot going on in SA, we know they are chasing deals in Asia and across Africa, they've been bidding for work in S America....and we have that African airport contract lurking on the back burner. On the tech side, WSG raised that money to fulfil the Asian port scanner contract swiftly...they did that for good reason, namely to win more business out there. Whether it is more chunky tech business, more training gigs or an MSC..time will tell.
All good, 2020 looks v exciting
