WSG drew down £1.5m for the loan. They start paying it back in 13 equal instalments from the end of April.

The EPSA....Now, as it stands, it's not great for any body . We have no idea if movies have been drawn or stock sold . I suspect we would have been informed if anything had transpired. No idea on the regs. on this.

I suspect (and I had mentioned previously that I thought paying back the CLN would be postponed) that the EPSA will be 'delayed' somehow or re-negotiated. No idea how or in what shape this might take.

I do know that Riverfort had to re-frame their financing deals as the old ones were commercially disastrous for the majority of those who took them. The new style rewards them handsomely on a rising share price. I'm hoping they will do something sensible in these unique times.

Excellent post Mike, I will look through it later in detail. It's why I think WSG will survive this pandemic in OK shape. Clearly some big ticket items and implementation will be delayed, however, with trading haven been excellent until Freetown shut down (which was inevitable in the end), continuing income from Tema and the fever tech sales and some ferry and keyguard income, I think they should be doing OK.

$250 000 worth of fever tech sales were not posted Foxy...in 2 days...I explained why...the facts might not suit your agenda but nothing does does it?

I have NAV at about £2.46 with the spot price at $27.2 at the moment.

Freetown pulled in about £4million last year, about £330 000 per month roughly....not £500 000 Foxy you miserable old rogue!.

This is a fact.

Only a portion of the tech sales are reported on the WSG website. That page is not designed for share holders. It is designed for Google adds and search engines. WSG's aim is to stay on page one of any search for 'fever detection kit' and other similar search criteria. If you keep putting similar posts up on your website it can be counter productive as google's algorithms are always looking for spamming (a bit like this bulletin board...the spamming that is!). This can be illustrated by the two recent updates.
On the first , there were $720 000 of fever tech related sales . Two days later, another $250 000 of sales reported but there were no contract posts on the website.
The next update will refer to the closure of Freetown, the safety of the workforce there, their on going plans in Freetown. There will also be an update on Ghana and operations there. I would imagine container numbers will drop in the months to come as Ghana consumes and imports/exports less. Containers will still run around the world though anti will bring us excellent revenues this year. We will no doubt get an update on the fever tech sales as well. Obviously new MSC negotiations, new big tech tickets must be delayed because of Corona...but they have not gone away. I'm sure that there will be plenty of comms. discussing customer needs and spec.

The bringing forward of the Prelims has been in the diary for months. It is financial efficiency, getting the books done even earlier than they had been before. It is good practise. We have a relatively new CFO and he is applying good practise.
We know the numbers are going to be great, 60% up on the year before.

They won't be paying off the CLN imho. They need to hold all the cash they can. It will get rolled over. They need to earn as much cash as possible to ride out this Corona crisis.
They are very lucky to have all the fever detection kit to sell. The product lime keeps growing..check it out.
FWIW the news section on the website only shows a fraction of the orders going through. The news section is designed to attract customers to the website via google adds and searches. Optimisation is in process. If you put repetitive stuff up it counts against you. They signed off another $250k of business in two days between updates with nothing new on the website.

They just have to create as much cashflow as possible whilst we weather this storm.
What is for sure...they won't be paying off that CLN fttb. They have a decent amount of cash luckily and have been making good money all year at SL, Tema,training and tech sales.
