is worth about 4p per share alone, so this drop is a bit overdone IMHO.

for the folks that died, but the American attack on Syria has been good for oil and gold prices and continuing tension with Russia will maintain that trend. Perhaps we get get back up to 6p sometime soon????

from this seasonal set back. gold will still be produced and gold will be UP sooner or Later.

Has anyone worked out current NAV? I think POL's Hibiscus holding is still worth about 3.5pence a share, and add to that blk at about 3p so it doesn't look so bad does it??? That's without counting the cash and other bits and pieces such as Ironstone. BLK is up to 0.6 AUD now. And despite the drop in the oil price Hibiscus is still worth over half that POL paid for it. Just trying to be positive is all....

If WTI doubles in sp it will make a difference of one tenth of a penny to Polo. It's irrelevant really. Try dividing £450,000 by 312 million.

If the recent drop from about 7.6p was caused by the Blackham dilution, then it was overdone, because the amount of difference to the value of Polo's holdingin BLK has been relatively small. I think POL had about 8% of BLK . Could this now be a good time to buy polo?

I'm not sure - coal is still vital for the world's energy supplies and will be needed for many years to come.the same with oil, but who knows what the prices will be? But it will take a very large increase in the price of gold for that to propel up upwards. With Trump as president, who knows what might happen? The BLK investment could do very well. But for a huge sp rise there is GCM and the elusive, fabled green light....

Airdrie, without any emotion, the fact is that POLO's NAV is lower. It's worth less and so we are headed to a period with a sp of about 4p until there is positive news.Not very long ago there was a prediction of a sp of 14p. How likely is that now? You can call it a buying opportunity if you like, but I don't see it that way.

Perhaps it will move down because a lack of news from GCM will cause GCM to drift down, Blackham is doing well but as reported here, its sp is lower, WTI isn't worth that much to Polo and there's uncertainty about the price of oil in the future. We've already drifted down from 8p so I think this could go back to about 6.5p for a while. But in the longer term this will be worth much more.

I was waiting for a largish dip to buy more of these but it hasn't happened. Hey Ho...

Check out what the NAV was when this was sub 2p. Even at the best of times this has traded at a discount to NAV.

I'm not concerned about POL falling either, in fact I hope it does so I can buy more at a lower price.
