one more point- I would guess that it takes quite some time to write and have an rns approved before publication. The wording would be carefully considered and checked by a number of people.

If the purchase dates were oct/nov 2009, a few weeks after the purchases were made this was in an rns from the company : "a material uncertainty which may cast significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern." I think it shows how little ordinary PI's know.

The second load installment of 1.25m euros is due by today I believe, so is no news good news in EEE's case? Can we assume the loan installment payment has been made-and that in the absence of an RNS saying that the company is going into liquidation the shares seem to be moving up?

Let's hope no negative "unknown unknowns" come along.
