This is not going bust now,funding is in place, so short term share price changes up or down a few pence are important only if you are trading short term. Stop looking at the sp every day and in the longer term , a few years perhaps, this will be a lot higher.

If these are in demand the price can rise rapidly as there are only really 13m available to trade. I've decided to hold long term for property prices to go up in two or three years. I had almost written this off.

There are relatively few shares available to the public because of the 87.78m shares, 68.35m are owned by Engel General Developers and 6.44% by Reznik, so the volume traded so far today is about 6% of the shares held by other parties than EGD and Rezik.If it reaches 10/12% we could see further price rises, in MHO.

thanks for that northern-I remember that the rns in April said that the relisting was subject to shareholders' approval and to the court's approval,so assuming the court's decisions are in the public domain, and that the shareholders' meeting was a couple of months ago, I should think news should be out soon, if it isn't already...
