Hello Causal Believe most LTH never thought things were just OK in Aug 2016.. enough history post ST1 to know that this investment has its downs and ups. (Post D/Nest. Post Planning App1 etc) I neither sold or bought on anticipation of ST1.. right or wrong I'm a LTH.

The folk providing the cash will want absolute assurance that any contract is with a party that has the means to make good regardless they take the product or not and within countries that are signatory to international contract laws. Promissory notes are only worth the paper they are written on. Iirc SXX previously stated 7.2m ToP. They have since stated that terms with lead arrangers had been agreed, nothing else contrary to the above. Can you imagine the mess created for all involved if Sirius/client failed to meet promissory notes. ToP contracts add value to the investment regardless that prices may be discounted.

I'm reminded of the many days FMG spent in court to argue claims by lenders relating to forward sales agreements. Imo the required sales agreements have been agreed as we are too near to requiring funds and providing contractor/suppliers with comfort/assurance. Is it a case of still trying to assure govt that we need their guarantee in order to achieve best terms with lenders.

Thanks SL and accept good reason for Sirius to maximise ROI and therefore improve lending case with providers - CF has stated that the mkt usually agrees contracts 12 months in advance, therefore one could argue to delay further deals until late 2021. as early production can be absorbed by existing contracts. Imo (unqualified) the lenders would require signed contracted sales to assure the true Sirius base case proposal prior to agreeing ST2. (Tongue in cheek but a bit like providing 6 months pay records when applying for mortgage).

Hello SL Excuse my ignorance. I'm LTH and my understanding is that the company have stated they had agreed the terms with lead finance arrangers and no ref to any changes to the stated off take contracts required to stake their case.. Is it likely therefore that Sirius will announce sales and govt Support prior to finalising their position to lenders by end June. Appreciate your comments.

Brew - thanks for your reply. No need to carry this on except I would like to repeat that regardless of changed circumstances there has been no improvement in relaying such to PI's, compounded by the continuation of in notified further dilution. He has failed on his promises to the very people he asked to support him. What died that day for his business skill if he can't understand that. I dislike the idea of someone paid for improper service. GL to you and all others invested.

Hello Brew FWIW I'm a shareholder since the days of INFA being an exploration company with promises not fulfilled, at which point I wrote off my 11p per share investment. But still a shareholder. I don't blame the existing BoD for that matter and accept that was a completely different mkt. I bought additional shares based upon promises made by AP @ 0.70p per share. My sincere criticism is based upon the existing BoD lead by AP who (begged) for support to take over control based on his promises. Remember some of those posts that indicated communications with certain backers and a lift in price. "Maybe don't buy shares today until the change in BoD" etc. What has changed? - maybe I'm a clown for believing what was stated but then I'm not the one in public office who made promises to investors. My insults are cheap. My investment not.

Mcadder That is your opinion which you rightly maintain your confidence but it wasn't AP's opinion. He was disturbed by the lack of communication and promotion. Either he was aware of all the facts and made promises he knew he was not guaranteed. That's a fraud. Or he made promises without knowing all the facts. That's s clown. Either way, he has proved to date that he is not capable of holding public office.

Hello mcadderl It's my opinion as you have yours, not intended as argument. But I would add, not as qualification as it is only my opinion. AP who I refer to as a clown promised to provide improved communication with PI's. Stop dilution of shares and create improved value. He has not made good those promises despite them being the corner stone of his call for support to take over control. FWIW I had attempted to communicate directly with SP as the company contact details default to him personally. No response. Imo the person is either a fraud or a clown for. It recognising that he hasn't fulfilled above. Clowns belong in a circus entertaining children.

AP is lost in his self belief judging by his previous postings here. No PI communication improvement in the last lot. Only confirms that he and others are completely out of the skill set to develop what had been touted by the previous con man. Just proves that any clown can get involved in a public ally trading company with no capacity to fulfil statements. As a shareholder for many years I've already written off my funds and would happily vote to shut this company down and have AP banned from holding any public office.
