Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
As you remember, Quibi is a $1.8B startup offering short TV series and shows through an app. It was launched in April. According to recent reports, user engagement is below expectations (probably due to COVID and protests recently). Note that Quibi stopped a marketing campaign recently as they understood that it does not work as expected due to pandemic and protests. What happened to Quibi shows how ineffective marketing can be if turned on at the wrong moment.

Maybe our CEO will follow...
Ooops. It is a prescription, not a subscription ;) My bad. Should probably go to sleep now.
(I suppose the video is still relevant).
This video talks about a subscription for glasses. MVR's content can be a good fit for such a subscription.

Thank you, Lordfont. I agree, unexplainable SP behaviour worries me too. I think that the SP is kept low on purpose, e.g. to simplify negotiating a lower price for buyout or to "shake" small holders and get cheaper shares. But neither of these explanations is good, and they make me think that MelodyVR is completely insecure and can be controlled by a more business savvy party (which already was the case with the new company name).
Hi A1EX,
Thank you for your answer.
I still not clear how large buys can hold SP low. I see how large SELLS can hold SP low: someone is offloading a big chunk at a fixed price preventing SP going higher than the price the seller sets. In my mind, large buys by definition should send price higher. Thus, I would say that large sells are filled in the background now rather than buys. Could you explain you idea?
Guys, could someone explain why SP goes down when there are large buys? What is the strategy? Someone sells a small amount to push SP lower and then buys back much more at a lower SP?
I was watching the gig but didn't notice what ORLM is talking about. Did anybody else watch the gig tonight?
Thank you, ORLM
Could you please give us more details? Why do you think so?
Amazing tech. Director's Cut looks really good. I was watching on a phone with Google Cardboard. No technical issues though my phone became hot after 20 minutes. Not much into Khalid style of music, think Lewis will be better. Hope the Melody viewewer will be available soon!
Hi guys, I sent an email about AGM but hasn't received a response yet. Did anybody receive a response?

The bookbuild RNS said that Simon Cole would execrcise his options and sell 1.25m shares to fund tax liabilities. Yesterday there was a sell of 1.25m...
If it is just JG why would they need to bring Grant Dollens to the BoD? I think it is somebody else who has connections with Grant Dollens or his fund. Hope they will shed some light on this soon.
BTW, AM and SH could be forced to sell part of their holdings as part of the terms of fetching $12m in the current market situation. We still don't know who the buyer is! Remember that potentially the new buyer can own 13% of shares which makes him the largest shareholder.
+2.5% - Grant Dollens
13% of company has changed the owner. Any ideas who this can be?
