They aim to re-brand and re-market the company. As has been said already, numerous fund, institutions and private investors won’t invest in penny stocks and this is a smart move. They want to improve liquidity in the stock and can do this by getting more counter parties involved. 2.5-3.25 or worse is a massive spread. If the company continue to deliver then there’s no reason for share price to go down, and certainly no need to panic because of suspension.
My only caveat is that it’s easier to see a re-rating from 2.5p to 10p then a move from 50p to £2
