The size of the plant is critical to how much of the oil reserves can be moved to P1 status. If I remember rightly, after 30 days production they can move 25 years production at that level to P1. Sealock commented on it in one of his interviews.
So if the current plant can do north of 1,000 bopd they can move X to P1 but if they can increase the output to 5,000 bopd then the quantum moving to P1 goes to 5X
At 1,000 bopd P1 becomes 9.125mil barrels. @ $15 in the ground is $136.875,000
At 5,000 bopd P1 becomes 45.625mil barrels. @ $15 in the ground is $684,375,000.
So with a 5,000 bopd plant about half the resource at AR gets moved to P1 and so you would need 10,000 bopd to move all of it to P1.
