"Early mobilisation on the Musonoi license." AB reckons there is 400k tonnes of copper and 20k tonnes of cobalt at Musonoi. There are existing mine workings at Musoni, getting low level test production should be easy. Cashflow by March I reckon.

The special resolution gives the power to allot shares; it is not an allotment. All it takes is reading it.

I am glad that they have told the market that they intend to move up to 4,000 bopd pretty sharpish. You cannot do that unless your existing plant is working well, so it is a pretty good indicator that the plant does what it says on the tin and they think they can control the operations.

Note the comment about the consolidation: they seem to think that they can get the SP to level required for the NASDAQ listing without consolidation. That price level is substantially higher than where it is now. What is going to happen to move it up so much? They can't expect that movement off the back of saying they will move production up to 4,000 bopd; they must have another card or cards to play. It may of course be that they think the NASDAQ listing will take place later than they have been indicating.

I did give Sealock the benefit of my wisdom a few weeks back and I can tell you it was not well received. One of the things I did say was the NASDAQ thing was getting in the way and it should be pushed back.
