So a £2,000 purchase moves the share price up. It was the same the last couple of days: small purchases moving the SP. It looks like the MMs have no stock.

AB has stood down as Chairman and CEO at RGM but not as a director; good news for RRR in that Bell will now be able to concentrate on RRR and not get distracted by RGM. There is a lot that needs doing at RRR over the next few weeks:

1. Finish off sorting out Migori
2. Finish off any deal on Steelmin
3. Finalise the mining plan for Musonoi
4. Move the exploration work forward on the exploration licenses
5. Get an in-Country manager in place to project manage the work at Musonoi
6. Sell Para when we can out at a profit
7. Sort ouf the Diamond deal
8. AOB

It was a fear that between RRR and RGM that AB was too stretched. He still needs to bolster the board at RRR and bring in more expertise to help monetise DRC.

Tragic, it is amazing how you manage to get everything wrong. Even after trolling the company for 8 years you still don't know how to read a document.

1. That document is an allotment of shares
2. It is not a debt
3. Issuing of shares is equity
4. The consideration is loan
5. What this means is that the loan has been cancelled in exchange for the issuing of shares
6. So it is the complete opposite of what you contend that it is
7. Yes it would dilute us under normal circumstances. However, at one point RRR had a non-dilute clause: I don't know if it is still in place

So you can't do it can you? You know nothing about MTR/MOD and nothing about the RRR DRC assets but you certainly know they are worth nothing because, well ..... Andrew Bell.

I have MTR and via MTR, MOD. I follow them in detail: your comments about long they have been at it makes my point. RRR has been given six licenses in DRC: if you check out Musonoi, you will see what has taken MOD and MTR years RRR has been given on a plate.

But it can't be true because, well... Andrew Bell. RRR has assets that currently mis-priced; that won't last.

In the meantime, what is the read across from MOD/Sandfire to RRR?

Does RRR have highly valuable assets in DRC? If it does then sooner or later someone like Sandfire will come calling. What those assets are worth doesn't have much to do with AB.

Sandfire would get cheaper copper and cobalt by buying RRR.

It would interesting to understand how this values the copper in the ground. In my view Musonoi is better: existing production license, existing open pit workings, higher grade, no need to build a plant and next to infrastructure/off-takers.

Remember Bell reckons 375k/400k tonnes of copper and circa 24k tonnes of cobalt at Musonoi. Now DRC is settling down I expect we will hear more soon.
