Point 3 is not true. The whole point was access to cheap excess hydro power and then the French turned off their nuclear power generation which meant a shortage in Central Europe. There was no certainty about what the French did.

Mr Oats, Steelmin was a fantastic deal and RRR did well out of it. The mistake was going back in without control. Although in practice nothing could be done because France had turned off its nuclear power generators and the price of electricity went through the roof: particularly for short term contracts. As I have said multiple times, unlike whingers on here, I have told Mr Bell to his face that he was wrong and he made a bad mistake and the same with the stupid diamond venture.

I agree about the comments on gold. The issue is that not enough information has been put in the public domain by the company as of yet. The information is there but you have to search for it. In any case, the company hasn't done the deal yet and is still doing DD. I suspect the reason for the drop is that market was expecting news on Migori, Victoria and DRC not on Slovakia.

I hope that we will get updates on Migori, Victoria and DRC this week.

If the RRR share price goes up over the next few weeks Slovakia will look like a cheap deal.

This is the relevant bit about grade,

"The highest precious metal grades recorded at the deposit was from one of the underground adits with up to 48.5 g/t Au and 1,220 g/t Ag being reported."

You might not realise it but those grades are outrageously high.

Mr Oats, you need to differentiate between your presumptions and facts.

If you read around, you will find that Ortac had issues because it didn't control the land.

If you read the earlier posts you will see that Ortac was claiming a non-JORC resource of 500,000 oz but further work needed.

If you read the RNS you will see that there is an unprocessed stockpile of mineralised material. If you read around you will see that Ortac was claiming quite extraordinary levels of gold and silver mineralisation.

The fact that there is an unprocessed stockpile there, means that there has been mining on site. 330,000 tonnes is quite a stockpile. If you look at the figures that Ortac was indicating and multiply out you get some very decent numbers.

As junior Red Rock needs to take lower grade assets and gradually move up the grade curve. Higher grade means greater recovery and more profitability. Migori is worth decent money but the grade is fairly low: it seems Slovakia might be significantly higher grade.

No Tragic, as usual you get it wrong. Either you are so full of hatred for Andrew Bell your brain doesn't work or your brain just doesn't work.

The two payments of $4mil each are up front. The current market capitalisation is about £7mil: they are material payments. Ongoing, if they execute the business plan and iron ore prices remain about the same, the royalty payments to RRR are $10mil pa in addition to the upfront payments: for about 150 years.
