We have other positions elsewhere with CLNs and loans: one is an IPO in the next couple of weeks, one is an RTO, another is an RTO where we converted to facilitate the RTO. We have an adult conversation and come to an agreed position.

In the case of RRR, I don't see repayment being an issue but we will likely convert on or before the 19/12. A lot of news in the pipeline for RRR that will take the SP higher.

Why would we not convert given the current price level? By converting on 19/12 we maximise our position.

You also assume that we convert and sell. Maybe we want to convert on 19/12 and hold?

In my view RRR is well under-valued.

1. We don't need to produce to pocket the money from the hedge. I suspect that NTOG has shut in some marginal production that will be switched back as the oil price recovers. The hedge didn't cover all the production.
2. The oil price has moved up over the last two days and is now back well over $40.
3. All the forecasts show the oil price riding higher into 2021 and booming 2022.
4. Barring some extreme event the Cypress drill will happen. They are on site doing well pad preparation: Cypress will have spent in excess of $50k so far on this well. The legal title search alone costs circa $20k.
5. If Cypress had a better target witha better risk/reward they would be drilling it.
6. The acreage is well known locally and the site has been picked with the aid of 3d: no guarantee but it reduces risk.

A decent result from Cypress and we will be at around break even. The big upside is that chunk of acreage will be moved up to PUD and off the back of it NTOG will be able to increase the Washington bank facility.

Well pad completed; operations commenced; spud; completion of drill: initial results, completion of well and production.

Separately, we should get a production update on the new asset and the results of the review. Then there are farm in opportunities elsewhere on the acreage and other new assets in due course.

Oil has picked up over the last two days. All in all looking pretty good.

This should trend up to 0.75p as the drill programme progresses.

As usual you don't understand what you are posting about. No one, literally no one looks at 10 year charts. But I must admit you are right about relatively small rise: the Migori licenses are not yet fully reflected in the share price regardless of anything else.

I think some of your trolls are dropping out because of the embarrassment of still trying to deramp the shares all the way from 0.4p. I notice it has no effect on you, though you were a little bit shy on Monday and Tuesday.

Anyway, how does this work? You can go back and repost what other people have posted over of the last several years but no one else can go and repost what you and the rest of the ex-Wives Club have posted? Surely you are not ashamed and embarrassed about what you have cut and pasted so many times? Is there some reason why we should ignore what has previously been posted when it quite clearly contradicts the latest little gem?

Anyway, isn't it time for you to post the 2012 admin expenses or something equally irrelevant?

1. What is your expert opinion on the new asset reports that were published yesterday?

A free carry. A decent result here takes NTOG towards break even and will increase the Washington bank facility. It will also move some resources up to P1.

What does it matter what JMS shares are worth? We never see any benefit from the divis, nor will...just wasted on more pie in the sky projects and admin “expenses”.
Still waiting for any value in RRR shares which doesn’t look likely.

Check out the share price and recent RNSs. How would I know any more than you how many shares in JMS Red Rock has? As long as the company either does a fund raise much higher than here or not at all, I am happy. My view is that they should look to sell the assets that they have, make substantial progress and then come back for money. However, I suspect that they will not need it. Progress on a JV at Migori or pre-IPO funding at RRAL makes a big difference.

I suspect that the company has people offering them money on a daily basis.

Well the interesting thing is that travel into and out of Victoria is now permitted. It means that the people who want to go and do site visits on ECR's asset, Creswick, will be looking at ground that we surround on three sides. Long way to go not to see if you can lock in some optionality whilst you are there

Activity now pick up in Victoria pretty sharpish.
