Whatever it is, it cost NTOG about $80k and it was carried on the rest. NTOG is in for 32.5% of any other wells drilled (likely another three possibly four) on acreage but has to pay its share.

NTOG is also in for 32.5% of the PDP and PUD. This is a big step forward for NTOG at minimal cost: it will make a significant difference to the P1 Reserves.

Then you said that they would mess up the drill. Now you are trying to imply that because NTOG has not disclosed flow rates there is a problem. All very desperate on your part.

The well being put online was delayed by bad weather in East Texas. As indicated in the RNS the well was swabbed and flowed. However, the swabbed rate is not indicative of the flow rate when the well is put online. They need to flow the well for a couple of weeks before giving the flow rates.

If they gave a flow rate now you would be claiming it was misleading etc drivel, drivel, drivel.

The well is fine, it is online and producing. This means that the company should be able to confirm that it is cashflow positive shortly.

All very good news for the non-trolls.

Answer: all businesses are capital constrained. All have opportunities which they could take advantage of with access to more capital. If those opportunities can be picked up on highly attractive terms now but not later and the capital becomes available then you take the capital.

NTOG has said it is reviewing opportunities. Let's see what happens....

Which is why I Included drill. Leases is a whole area in its own right. Where it is not HBP you can have minimum drill commitments, minimum capex commitments, minimum revenue commitments, lease premiums. Even HBP can be subject to lease premiums/lease fees.

Anyway, HBP is better.

In the US if you don't produce you lose your oilfields and if you don't drill you lose your oilfields.

I see the trolls are majoring on the insults today and ignoring what has happened.

The company has taken in subscriptions at what was the market price when it was agreed. That doesn't happen very often and I don't know but if you look back, it probably hasn't happened before at NTOG.

The three deals that NTOG did last year all look like good business at $51/$52 oil and will look better at $55/60. If NTOG can continue to do cheap deals or deals that add to production and cashflow, why would investor not offer them more cash?

I expect that this will be much higher shortly. News incoming.

I expect NTOG will get the 0.35p warrants exercised north of 0.75p. All very good news.

Given that it is now 1.20p to sell, I thought he might want to chat about how anyone who converted their CLNS at 0.6p was stupid........

My current view is that the RRAL announcement on the first successful license awards takes this to 2.0p/2.2p ish.

Investing is about making money. I have done well in NTOG and will continue to make good money. If you don't fancy it, then don't invest.

WTI is likely heading to $55/$60 this year; NTOG will do very well as a result. The three deals that NTOG did last year now look like good business. Why would anyone not want NTOG to do more of the same?
