Whether you like it or not, NTOG is in a better position than it was in March 2020. You said the Cypress deal was a spoof and would never happen; well it has. We don't know the results yet but I expect them to be decent: I might be wrong or I might be right. What is certain is that you ejaculating on here trying to intimidate people makes no difference to the real world.

We might get an omnibus update before NYE but if not then early in the New Year.

The one that none of us has a handle on is the result on the Permian Basin farm in: "Procedures for the first recompletion are ready and contractors are being scheduled. It is anticipated that the operation will be complete in December."

I suspect that the Permian Basin farm in might turn out better than indicated.

Currently in Utah frack sand is supplied from Wisconsin by road about 1,200 miles away. It is very difficult to open a sand mine in Utah: not much water to go around.

Work out the numbers: how much sand per hour? Multiply it out: cement sad is $20/$30 a ton, frack sand is $80/$100 a ton.

Why would the company need a placing?

The company was obviously in a position to repay the CLNs plus interest: the total amount was just under £930k. So the vast majority of that is still available to company as it indicated, it will still have cash from the placing it did a few weeks back and if it is short it has about £3.7mil tied up in POW and JMS.

JMS is going well again and its dividends should be up once more. Soma should be paying royalties again from March. In January/Feb we should have the RRAL spin out and in February/March the JMS iron ore spin out.

In the short term, we should have the first three licenses awarded in Victoria, the updated JORC in Kenya, the JORC for Musonoi and various other bits and pieces, such as an update on Luanshimba.

Before the AGM is called, they need to get the accounts out. So I expect late January/early February for the AGM.

Now you are stressing about the production from a well you said would never be drilled, that Cypress were useless etc..

We are also due an update on Caballos Creek and the workover at the Permian Basin...

They have had some iffy weather recently in Texas and Oklahoma but they should still be able to get it all done in December.
