Migori licenses reissued. RRAL up and running with the first three licenses to be issued any day now. DRC exploration re-started. RRAL spin out actioned. JMS Iron Ore assets spin out in process. Migori exploration work to be restarted any day. Potential JVs in RRAL, Kenya and DRC. It is possible to acknowledge real progress and at the same time acknowledge that the board needs to be changed.

The board needs to be seen to bring value to the table and at the moment that is not the case. It is not an AB issue it is a board issue.

PS just as with Migori, where there was a gap of several weeks between when the company thought they licenses would be issued and when they were actually issued; RRAL has been expecting the first three Australian licenses since the back end of November. My view is that we will hear something by the end of this week. According to Paul Johnson, the JV has an exploration programme ready to kick off just as soon as the licences are issued.

They can vote against the re-election of Nott, against the ability to issue shares and against the pre-emption rights waiver. That would put the board in a position where they would have to consult shareholders.

NTOG doesn't get the cash from the last placing till the second of February. With the warrant exercises and the positive cashflow, NTOG is in a strong cash position for the foreseeable future.

It only need a placing if it does a large deal.

A chunky £12k buy there. At least chunky for RRR.

Copper price at $8k a tonne. 24/03/2020 it was $4,617 per tonnne. Looks like copper is heading to $9k per tonne. Those DRC licenses have to be looking pretty good to third parties.

For anyone looking to do a deal in Australia, Kenya or DRC it would be better value to just bid for RRR. Sooner or later someone is going to turn up with their cheque book out.

NTOG has the farm in at Pine Mills; it has the production; it has the PUD portfolio; it has the extra reserves to be added to P1; it will be able to increase its Reserve Based Lending facility.
It has Caballos Creek with its production; its workovers; its PUDs; its reserves to be added to the RBL.
It has the farm-in in the Permian Basin on which we have not heard much. And we don't have a dissident shareholder distracting management; we have Steve Staley on the board and we have more potential deals in the pipeline. Lastly, it should be confirm shortly that the company is cashflow positive at the PLC level. The company is in a much better position going into 2021 with higher oil prices.

Ask Titan, even he admits that production is higher.
