Well it may have passed you by but regardless of what you think of AB, he has delivered in the last 12 months.
Migori licenses reissued. RRAL up and running with the first three licenses to be issued any day now. DRC exploration re-started. RRAL spin out actioned. JMS Iron Ore assets spin out in process. Migori exploration work to be restarted any day. Potential JVs in RRAL, Kenya and DRC. It is possible to acknowledge real progress and at the same time acknowledge that the board needs to be changed.
The board needs to be seen to bring value to the table and at the moment that is not the case. It is not an AB issue it is a board issue.
PS just as with Migori, where there was a gap of several weeks between when the company thought they licenses would be issued and when they were actually issued; RRAL has been expecting the first three Australian licenses since the back end of November. My view is that we will hear something by the end of this week. According to Paul Johnson, the JV has an exploration programme ready to kick off just as soon as the licences are issued.
