AB is not pumping anything. They have had the first three licenses issued in Victoria. One part of the process relates to whether the applicant is fit and proper. Victoria has accepted RRAL as a party to whom they are happy to issue licenses to: that bodes well for the other license applications. The license application process largely consists of advertising the license application and the public's response, proposed technical programme, competence, fit and proper, financial wherewithall. What this means is that RRAL should be issued all of the non-contested licenses in due course.

The contested license will be issued to whoever they think will best develop the license. Given that we surround the Inner Ballarat license with our acreage and we have already kicked off the new exploration programme, RRAL has a fair chance of getting that license.

Note that ECR has had license applications in the system for some time and not had them issued.

As to Kansai, you don't know the situation and neither do I, so why are you saying that RRR has defaulted?

These things are a moveable feast and an be renegotiated.

You were one of the ones that said the Migori licenses would not be reissued, that the Victoria licenses would not be issued, that the DRC licenses would not be issued, that the iron ore assets would not be spun out and so on.

The CLNs have been settled in whole. The ones that wanted to convert converted and a little bit got repaid.

You don't know that RRR has defaulted on anything, all you know is no announcement, the same as everyone else.

An IPO is a general offer to the public: ie., Retail Investors (this is a regulatory status). The FSMA and the Companies Act apply.

A pre-IPO is necessarily before an IPO and therefore cannot lawfully be offered to retail investors.

I won't get into explaining why a company would do a pre-IPO but they do, on a regular basis. I did 3 last year.

I have offered to take part in the pre-IPO though I doubt I will get the opportunity.

They have said that will list some or all of the RRAL assets on the TSX. Fosterville South is the model. They have also said they are under NDA in respect of RRAL. Likely they will do a pre-IPO Fundy round and then list.
