L2 is 3 v1. Someone just bought just under £6k worth at 0.65p.

On 12/08 you could have bought at 0.5375p. Today buys are at 0.65p. That is the SP looking better.

It doesn't look better for people who were buying 12 years ago but that is not my problem.

We have gone through a weak patch: the SP bottomed around 0.53p and is now on the way back up up, currently 0.65p to buy.

All of that is fact.

My opinion is that any decent news takes this well up.

And spot gold is up on the day.

Check your L2 and the recent trades. Someone just bought just £6k's worth at 0.65p. Two weeks ago you could have bought at 0.53785p and I did.

It looks to me that this will move up quickly on any decent news: it looks like whoever it was that needed to get out, is now out.

News on RRAL would be good.

The problem you have in Canada is that for them to use the PQE tech, they would have to write off their existing investments.

It is more likely that someone will want a plant(s) do remediation and clear up the settling lagoons they set up.

The JV went partly because it is more difficult to source and complete the funding package when the funders are dealing with a JV which includes a private company. Now the JV has gone, the funders will be dealing with just one party, a UK listed company; the process, the paperwork and the completion for the funding package will be easier and quicker and probably cheaper too.

The $30bn capex is for the 200 plants required in Utah to exploit the oil sands in place. $150mil x 200. Get your calculator out. The real requirement is actually 250 plants but I am reliably informed that some of the oil sands are just too deep to be exploited at current prices, hence why I said 200 plants.

The opportunity is huge and there will be multiple companies involved in due course.

Dazzle: no way of knowing how many plants Tomco or PQE or Valkor might each have. On paper it is simple but there are some complexities.

Management needs to be sorted at various levels, sites for the plants need to be identified, leases sorted, permits obtained, resource identified and so on. Capex is circa $30bn. It might be that a good resource is identified but they can't get a site for the plant and so it can't be exploited efficiently. Transport of the ore is a big cost and so each plant site has to be in the right place otherwise the transport costs go up too much.

It might be hard to impossible to get the right management in place.

Anyway getting there.

I mostly agree but without seeing the JV agreement it hard to be certain. One big issue is the "funding package": it just so much easier to deal with one company rather than a JV with a private company as one of the partners.

Likely, going forward, Valkor doesn't want to be restricted on what it can and can't do. With the JV out of the way, it has more freedom of manoeuvre.

The estimate is that 200 plants are needed in Utah alone. There is a lot to go at.

TOMCO won't be the only operator of a plant in Utah but it will likely the first. Probably, once it gets the first one up and running demonstrating cashflow, everything goes into overdrive and it becomes a take over target.

I am sure RRR is up for a JV but not with Caracal. Basically, Caracal is using RRR to ramp its price.

Interesting though on valuations: Caracal is at £18mil and RRR at £8mil. It goes to show just how undervalued RRR is.
