Net to Ascent's share of the JV.

At the moment AST gets nothing from the JV, so whatever it gets in the future is upside from here. AST reckons that the net was Euro 222,000 in March alone but you know better.

There were plenty on here banging their gums 24/7 that the funding would never complete and it was all a spoof. Well from here on in, Slovenia will need to take this claim a bit more seriously. Once Enyo start making submissions, Slovenia will realise that it is not up against AST with no money in the bank any longer. Being non-responsive will no longer be effective.

the way it works is that the company gets the division order which proves it can sell the oil. It then enters into a contract with an offtaker. Different offtakers offer different terms. The company can change its offtaker subject to any contact it has in place.

Selling to a third party is what in effect happens when the company hedges its selling price but the transaction is entirely financial. The oil would still go to whichever offtaker it is contracted with.

When NTOG hedged its oil price a while back and the price of oil fell; it continued to sell its oil and Barclays just sent them a cheque for the difference between the market price and the price NTOG had hedged at. NTOG had no need to actually produce and so it shut in some of its more expensive production.

It is possible to get the prices from Barclays on a daily basis. A couple of weeks back NTOG could have hedged at $105. I expect that once it can hedge north of $110, it would sensible to hedge some production for the rest of the year.

No. They gave it up. When they did the Egypt deal and the price of oil fell, the funder told them to give all the non-core stuff up. If you check all the vids before the Egypt deal, UOG were wetting themselves about Benin.

There is a CPR that they can't put in the S1.
