The requirement is for shareholders over 3% to inform the company and then for the company to confirm the TR1 via RNS.

There is currently no requirement to inform the FCA in respect of AIM listed companies.

Having said that if an investor is overseas resident, exactly how is the FCA going to force disclosure, even if it decided that it wanted to do so? Unless the person is seeking to secure an advantage or engage in a fraud, I am even sure it is an offence.

Cost of the carry $800,000 x 3 x0.125 = $100,000. Incurred as and when; plus as operator NTOG gets to bill the JV for its costs.

We weren't conned, we were lied to but nonetheless the assets belonged to the JV and were unlawfully sold; as has been proved in court in Lumbumbashi. It was subsequently proved again on appeal that they were JV assets and the same again in the Arbitration Court.

No doubt when the bigger claim is pressed we will have to deal with the same issue again.

So this GE result now looks like a done deal. All the international recognition is now coming in. The Chinese have recognised it too. That leaves the opposition nowhere to go.
