From RRR shareholders' point of view we couldn't care less how many shares Mako has issued, what is relevant is what is happening on the ground. Mako has a JORC resource on a small part of the shear zone, 860+k Oz: what does the whole shear zone contain? You being an expert I am genuinely interested in your view 😂

How would you cope? Do all the reading on Mako and the deals they have done nearby. Maybe they would want a deal with RRR since they want district sized targets.

The Napie Shear continues into our acreage and likely we have more of it than Mako does.

One of the comments on here is that the Cote d'Ivoire/BF licences are worthless, there is no gold there, no one would be interested, it is difficult and dangerous environment to operate in. The complete reverse is true. Cote d'Ivoire in particular is very active, with plenty of companies investing, doing JVs, picking up licences and bringing mines into production.

Dukey, you might think it is irrelevant because you are not shareholder and you have an agenda but shareholders might think otherwise.

Speccy, I not here to answer everyone's questions. I know all about asset allocation models and multi-stage Capital Allocation modelling.

That is not the issue. The issue is that until RRR has the award paperwork in its hands it doesn't matter what anyone says or does. It might be we have the paperwork tomorrow or not, same Saturday and Sunday and so on. Tedious but there it is. The idea that in some way AB is negligent or deficient on this is just nonsense. Same with some magic deal or meeting or form of words etc.

I can't comment on timing because the usual applies. Even if AB thought he was getting the doc Monday because everyone told him he would that doesn't mean he will. We have been in the same room as the document a few times and then it has not happened.

So until it is done, it ain't done.

Allied Gold is CAD 839mil and hugely liquid.

My point is that Cote d'Ivoire is very active in particular is very active but so are BF and Mali. The idea that these licences have no value is incorrect.

You miss my point. Companies can raise money to acquire assets and JV assets. For its size RRR has a lot of assets. In Cote d'Ivoire alone RRR has two licences issued and 5 others in train. Four of the licence applications have had the site visits and so the issuance is in hand.

I anticipate RRR will either JV individual assets or a package of assets.

As AB says Allied Gold owns Bonikro and other nearby gold assets. Allied Gold is active and has indicated it wants more assets nearby. https://alliedgold.com/

Allied Gold market cap is CAD 839mil. If AG wanted to take our gold licences around Yamassoukro, I would happily take their paper in a deal. $10mil in AG paper would be a good deal for RRR.

Speccy, I hate to disagree but if you do your research you will plenty of gold activity in Cote d'Ivoire, Burkina Faso and Mali.

For instance, Koulou are pre-IPO and listing this year. Koulou did a placing for $3.5mil announced 13/09/2023. Kobo completed an RTO and raised$4.676mil 29/03/2023.

Desert Metal completed an SPA on 04/12/2023.

6. I am in a private tech company that is going through a funding process. I went through with them what to expect and how to prepare; I gave them the valuation modelling and told them how to present it. One of the companies is a well known AIM listed company. The feedback is that it when well and they are reverting to us after board meetings, one on Monday. So my response wasn't, "jam tomorrow" "all promises and no delivery" and so on. The response was well done, fingers crossed. They are going through a process and RRR has to go through similar processes in respect of each asset. So far AB has done well on BF, CdI and ALR but we need a bit more progress. To get a JV signed takes a bit of doing.

Think about it... If no update then the same people would say no update, there must be something wrong. If no update, they say there is no update, there must be something wrong.

AB has been clear, multiple things are going on. But until it is done, it ain't done and that applies to everything. So what AB say? He said what he is up to, there is uncertainty and has said so. Other companies imply certainty where there is none.
