The spread has just closed to 25%, up 28.57%: someone just bought 15mil at 0.0493.

So the spread is still 40.857% and hasn't narrowed since the RNS came out. Most moved at 9.58 and one at 10.06: 5v5. Very unusual, you usually have at least one market maker moving on and off the offer trying to undercut the others and make some money. Obviously, I don't know but it looks like they are short and are hoping that they will get some selling going. It might well be that they thought the shares from that £200k would hit the market and therefore they could sell and square the book when those shares did hit the market.

If they are as short as they appear to be the next bit of news should take this through the roof. If they are trying to close a short position whilst retail investors are buying big time, they will find it hard. They can only wait so long to close out.

Ors, we should have an update from Recon Africa in the next week/ten days re it's drill in the Damara Fold Belt.

They are about a month behind schedule due to "tight hole" conditions.

Also the seismic interpretation was slightly out. It should mean that the volumetric estimates are too low; if they strike.
