How many times did you repeat that RRR had an undisclosed liability of £2m because there was an intra group loan between the Holding Company and a sub? Even after you were corrected multiple times you continued to assert the same nonsense. How about all the accusations of a charge of the company's assets given to AB's son. Corrected multiple times and still repeated. I even showed you where to check for the details of the charge, that the company with the charge was a Gibraltar company owned by Riverfort and that the signatory to the charge was a Riverfort executive. Regardless, you continued to assert the same for months.

All of the above made worse by the fact that you claim to be Mr Super Accountant: how do you not understand the accounting process for group loans or how to check charges over a company's assets?

Again, how can a Super Accountant not understand the difference between the marginal cost of production and AISC? Maybe you were asleep when cost and management accounting was covered?

so a couple of things that might not be apparent in the rns from this morning: "the anomaly is supported in both soil sampling and multielement of drill core as antimony generally three standard deviations above background"

for the non-statistically minded, what does 3sd actually mean?

well it based on a notion that observations results in a bell shaped curve and we then apply mathematics to the curve. 1 sd = 67% of observations: 2sd is 95% of observations and 3sd is 97.5% of observations.

so 3sd+ means that what is observed should happen less than 2.5% of the time.

this is a strong indication that it is an outlier and that something different is happening. it doesn't mean that something different is happening but it means that is is highly likely.

****nic and antimony are what are called pathfinder minerals: if you find them, then likely there is some gold around the place.

look at what sxg has done at sunday creek, it has drilled below existing workings and found very good grade for gold and antimony. likely the same applies here.

Baldie, yep I am aware of that stuff. The licence is 180 km2 and it looks like about a third has alluvial and colluvial.

I don't see them putting a crusher in just yet.

There are at least six sites to work on.

Baldie, the co has previously indicated grade around 4.5 G/t. 2 g/t in free gold and 2.5 G/t in saprolite.

In practice there will be areas of high grade and areas of low grade: hence the XRF. The reality is no one can know the grade till they start processing. The haven't done a lot of auger drilling because it would be a waste of time and money.

3oz is just my guess, it could be higher: largely it will be driven by grade, hence the XRF. The XRF will let them identify higher grade in the alluvial material. What we won't be doing day one is processing the volume that was intended with Sam the Man's concentrators.

Sam the Man was supposed to be moving in between 16 and 20 concentrators capable of processing 6 t/h each. This start up will be smaller: hint read the RNS. It then gets stepped up.

The driver will be the grade. 3 Oz/day is about $270k pm net of cost of production.

5 Oz/day is about $450k pm

Ors, the key bit is the furnace. It means we can smelt Dore and not have to ship unprocessed gold.

It also opens up doing deals with the artisanal for the gold they produce.

I don't expect big production, maybe circa 3oz/day but note the step up in January.

You are such a strange guy. I said yesterday we were due an update and today it arrives. What it shows is that I look at what is happening and don't sit there making stuff up.

It is news and I posted it. Are you seriously suggesting that Recon Africa put this RNS to accommodate RRR?

It is good news but not yet fantastic news. They have 300 metres to go. Nearly there. If they hit gas and condensate, they should know in the next week. It will take longer to work out exactly what they have got if they do hit.

My understanding is that it is unlikely to be oil and will likely be gas and condensate. The CPR was modelling circa 20 trillion cubic feet of gas. The current target is 700m BOE but it is now likely larger (the seismic was a bit out, see earlier RNSs).
