The statement, RRR has never brought an asset/project into production, is a substantive statement and is either true or false by appeal to the facts.

RRR has brought 4 assets into production to date. So the statement is false. Of course it is possible to make all sorts of qualifications to the statement post hoc to attempt to make it true but the bottom line is that it is a false statement.

My questions earlier restated were;

Has Billings made it to BF? That is a yes or no.

Has the kit made it to BF?

Has Billings made it to the site?

Will production start this weekend?

Will we get a BF RNS on Monday?

All are yes or no.
