The fencing stuff is two different things: we need a compound to store kit and gold, that will be fenced but we cannot fence off large areas of the licence just because we want to. The RNS gives the name of the ALR sub co as African Lithium Resources PVT Ltd. It was created at the Zim Companies House on 21102021. Julian Rupare signed in his own name and it is shown as such in the Memorandum and Articles of Association. It also gives his percentage holding.

Very difficult for his name therefore to be "Inside Information".

You will have to make something else up.

Not all information is in RNSs, the only information required in RNSs is that covered by the Market Abuse Regulations (MAR). In fact NOMADs limit what can be put in RNSs to what is required by MAR. Hence presentations, interviews, broadcasts to the nation, RNS Reach and sometimes direct responses to questions. You saying information that is not in an RNS is inside information indicates one of two things, either you really are as dense as you seem or you will say anything to try achieve your small minded objective.

It doesn't help that you don't seems to read anything much or listen to the interviews.

Try reading up on MAR and Inside Information.

RRR published a presentation which gave Rupare's name. It was on the RRR website. It was linked on here several times. In any case, the information is in the public domain elsewhere. So falsehood No 2.

Rupare's name would not in any case be inside information. Falsehood No 3

You continue to ascribe inside status to information in the public domain. Inside and Inside Information have specific legal meanings in the UK: just because you like using those words doesn't mean that you get to change their meaning.
