Perhaps, you can get someone who understands English to read it to you, slowly. So, you see the last thing BC would do is chat to me. Boring, if you were to take the trouble to read an RNS you would see what it says at the bottom re the NOMAD.

You really don't understand how all this works. The last thing in the world the NOMAD would do is discuss it with me. They would expect full disclosure from RRR and would then tell RRR what it needed to disclose to the market. As it happens, the NOMAD knows exactly who I am for reasons I will let you guess at. Since you are so good at guessing, it might only take you a few hundred goes to get it right.

Yeah! And Boring to repeat. Someone offered me the remainder of a loan to RRR where they had a charge. They said it was no longer material to them. I said no thanks.

So your statement that I tried to buy the charge was not only true but the complete opposite of the truth. 1. No one buys a charge. 2. You buy debt where the lender has a charge over assets and the charge comes with it. 3. I didn't try to buy the debt or the charge.

So apart from that you are bang on. Exactly what you would expect from Mr Super Accountant though a bit rusty; absolutely no understanding of how charges over company assets work.

Boring, again; you don't get to decide what words mean. Insider has a specific meaning. If I were an "insider" in a more general sense, what you would have to do is go down the route of arguing that I was a "Connected Party". So if you want to try to be right for once, you might start accusing me of being a "Connected Party". The only problem with that line of argument is that if I was a "Connected Party" the NOMAD would insist that I was declared as such and it hasn't. So guess what? I am not a connected party either.

You also need to stop posting falsehoods: you don't know what percentage I have of FML, I have never told anyone on here. Just because you keep repeating a falsehood doesn't make it any "truthier". One for you there; you are not the only one that can use non-existent words. The difference is that I know it is a non-existent word.

Nike, it could of course be Nelsonian Knowledge, where he deliberately pretends that something is other than it is because it suits him. A bit like the truism, "if he didn't have low morals, he would no morals at all".

He deliberately posts what he knows to be untrue because he doesn't want to admit otherwise. If he had to admit otherwise then he would have nothing to say at all.

Nike, the problem with people of limited understanding is that their limited understanding prevents them understanding what better informed people say.

For instance, he makes something up and then says about it, "you couldn't make it up": well he just did.

First of all Insider has a specific meaning. MAR dictates when RNSs are issued and the contents of said RNS. If and when an RNS is required, I am sure that RRR will issue one. What he is basically saying is that an RNS should have been issued and hasn't. Basically, he is accusing AB, RRR and the NOMAD of abusing MAR and AIM Regulations: a pretty big call. If he understood RNSs, MAR and AIM Regulations, he would understand his claim breaches FCA rules and the LSE BB rules.

Nike, I post something new and suddenly new conspiracy theories spring out.

If anyone follows anything, one would know that one of the ongoing themes this year is that AIM doesn't work as well as it should and that companies are significantly undervalued.

Earlier in the year I posted that miners were undervalued and that a rising metals price would mean that cash flow improved, access to capital would be improved and with higher share prices M&A would result. I stated that companies with highly rated shares would either issue shares in take overs of less highly valued companies or raise capital or take on debt to do deals.

Of course, it was pooh-poohed. How did I know it would happen? Well it is because it is standard practice and part of the market cycle.

One effect of AIM companies being taken private or taken over is that AIM investors as a group have a reduced universe to invest into and secondly, they have more cash and/or more highly rated liquid paper, depending on the deal.

Does it mean that they are all going to jump into RRR? No, that is not the argument. Just that AIM investors as a group are in a better position and that usually means more investment activity.

And this is one of the problems on here: information is posted and people just don't take the trouble to understand it.

The constant drivel about placings is intended to drive the share price down. My point was that price matters but so does purpose. RRR, if it does a raise at 0.25p is anyone bothered? I would suggest not. If it was for a decent purpose too all to the good.
