Let's suppose that you do have knowledge that the DAL deal is not proceeding and that it should have been RNS'd. Claiming that it should have been RNS'd means that said knowledge is subject to MAR and you are aware of that.

Then you are possession of Inside Knowledge and have put it in the Public Domain.

This would mean that you have breached FCA rules and the MAR. You have also breached the rules of this BB.

I take It you will be reporting yourself? You know "morals" and all that stuff.

Ask Sock Puppet to confirm it; he is the with the "in" at Soma. You know he gets to chat to them and still gets it 100% wrong.
