Another one for you Boring Boy.

Copper and gold. Someone approached me March 2023. Some old mines and some new acreage. Remember all my posts about "hard assets"? Gold & silver, copper & cobalt and oil & gas etc.

So we put money in at a £750k post money valuation. SEIS & EIS qualifying. It has just raised £500k at £5mil pre-money pre-IPO. Should list end of May/early June raising £3mil pre-money valuation of £10mil. Advisers are already appointed and they are on with the work streams.

Doing another one early April to list July.

So all the time you are on here wasting your life, some of us are making money or at least trying to....

Forgot to say, given your fixation and everyfink, The Q2 IPO Co starts it's next drilling program next week. Copper and gold. Should have a JORC for the IPO. Looks like it will be another 10x but as always, you never know.

The O&G one should be July.

Sorry but Boring Boy is a nutjob who thinks he knows everything based on no information whatsoever but his ego is good enough.

1. I don't know Minty or who he is or what he did and I don't care.

2. I had no involvement with NUOG before March 2021, when I was asked to get involved funding a deal for Guardian Global Security.

3. With hindsight GGS was a poor deal.

4. Luckily I was able to follow on and it has worked out ok.

5. NUOG looked at several deals, some looked ok but they couldn't close and some were as bad as GGS.

6. The deal it has done looks pretty good; from here on in it will come down to execution, which will be largely the Chile based team.

7. Boring Boy won't have read single thing about the deal but still make out he knows everything.

8. The choice here for old NUOG investors was either a big fat zero or the chance to make something back. Boring Boy would prefer you all made a big fat zero.
