Two companies involved sweet cheeks. DAL and RRR. DAL has put nothing out specifically about the four RRR licences recently. Do try to keep up. If the deal is dead, why no announcement from DAL?

If you read the CPR (already in the public domain) and the IPO doc (30th), you will see that there is a lot of potential upside. The CPR gives the NPV at $154mil but because HALO hasn't licenced the whole beach yet or the surf zone the NPV could be end up being 3x.

The biggest thing is that that they will produce a concentrate but will also produce cathodes. Getting a licence for a cathode plant has been a big issue in Chile and Halo has theirs permitted.

Look at Dennan's recent interview and what Charles Archer put out. IMHO once they get to FID and have the CAPEX funding signed off, they become a bid target.

As always let's see.

DAL drives it not RRR. RRR can only announce what DAL announces but you keep on drivelling on pretending you know stuff. For someone who makes out he knows everything you know remarkably little.

Again, Duke, another one claiming knowledge he doesn't have. If you do have it, then you have just disclosed inside information covered by MAR and have committed a criminal offence. The truth is as pointed out previously, you don't know and I don't know.

Why you think asking me stupid questions to which it is impossible to give an answer makes you look good and me bad is a puzzle.

As DAL and RRR have said, it is a binding deal subject to DD. Unless someone knows where they are up to with the DD, it is impossible to answer.

What is clear is that if the deal was dead both DAL and RRR would have to inform the market.

DAL extended the DD period to 31st March; presumably because it thought it needed that time to complete it.

One of the reasons it might need the extra time is precisely because they have been a tad busy.

Not true Meldew. You just demonstrated the old maxim, " better to say nothing and people think you a fool than to speak and remove all doubt".

I invested nothing at IPO and pre-IPO. I first invested in March 2021 when they were supposed to do that stupid Guardian Global Security deal. Then again, when it was on the verge of going down the pan and it needed to get it's accounts filed. Then I bought out a former director who would not agree to sign off on the refinance unless someone agreed to buy him out. Without the above, the company would have, on three separate occasions, gone down the pan.

It looked at several deals, a complete fluke but it has ended up with the best one out of them all.

The figure you quote is my holding at IPO.

It looks like it is pretty much there with the IPO; the invitations to the AIM opening ceremony went out yesterday.
