So Boring, who owns the CDI licences? DAL or RRR?

Again Boring you are simply too dumb to understand anything.

If RRR gives up the licences or loses them, then they go back to CDI.

CDI will then deal with any applications via it's usual process.

It took RRR two years to get them issued.

Anyway, as we all know, RRR doesn't have them anymore because DAL has them: we know this because you and Speccy told us.

Your comments confirm yet again that you understand nothing about what drivel on about.

How can DAL pick them up for free after August 26? They would have to go through the same application process as RRR, which took two years. They also might have competition for the licences.

If DAL wants the deal, the only way they can be certain about having the assets is by closing with RRR.

Anyone with more than one brain cell would understand the above. They would also know that CDI authorities have to consent to any transfer.

Heard any good rumours?

I saw your stupid post on Halo. All it does is demonstrate how little you know and/or understand.

Look up the Lassonde Curve. You will see that valuations change. People who go in early on a deal get a lower price than people going in at an IPO. People get paid to assume risk and lack of liquidity.

I have another IPO coming up shortly. I went in 3/4 years ago and will be 10x up at IPO. It is how it works. Some go down the pan, it is just the way it goes.

Some people might think the World's Greatest Part Qualified Accountant would understand this.

Boring Boy, I know you reckon that you are the World's Greatest Part Qualified Accountant but these posts just demonstrate you understand nothing.

When a company is up against it and is on the verge of going down the pan it has to offer very attractive terms. Nothing to do with me or NUOG; it is just the real world, something you are not connected to.

I first put money in here in March 2021 to fund a deal with Guardian Global Security. NUOG was already suspended at that time and had already done it's brains in. The deal didn't happen. At the time NUOG had a lot of debt, again nothing to do with me.

Later NUOG was on the verge of being struck off and needed £50k to avoid this. Nobody was willing to let them have the money. I agreed to fund it, as long as one of the existing debt holders sold me £1.25m of debt for £1.00.

Without the debt, I wouldn't have done so well. The debt existed at March 2021, nothing to do with me.

You have already been told this three times on here but, as we know, you are a bit slow.

Surely even an accountant must understand that debts have to be paid?
