The Oz JV bought Berringa. The Chinese company that owned Berringa were told that it would not be renewed under their ownership. The JV did a cute deal, renewed it and then bought it.

Subsequently, the Chinese company which also owned Ballarat Mine sold to Victory Minerals.

The processing plant has spare capacity.

It makes sense for Victory to pick up Berringa from us, operate it and put the production through it's plant.

I expect Victory will also want Berringa to help with an IPO.

• Mt. Bevan Mining Lease M29/448 has been approved, and the associated

native title process is completed.

• Access agreements with tenure holders for the northern borefield were

approved for a hydrogeological drilling program.

• Progress has been made on securing miscellaneous licences for

infrastructure and transport corridors.

• Hydrogeological Drilling programme on track with all contracts awarded and

the Program of works approved by Department of Mines, Petroleum and

Exploration (DMPE).

• Metallurgical test work using site water indicates positive results to the

process recovery and product grade.

Next Quarter Activities

• Following contract award for hydro programme and programme of work

approval, hydro program to search for groundwater will be completed.

• Commencement of remaining studies to validate key assumptions regarding

logistics costs from the preliminary feasibility study.

Mt Ida: the Jupiter plan was 10mt pa. Juno reduced it to 5mt pa. JORC is 1.8bn tonnes but probably 2.3bn tonnes in place plus some haematite. So the mine life is huge. Beyond 7 years doesn't make that much difference to NPV10. So 30 years v 90 years is no Biggie.

Don't know about SX2. Yes they are going west; will they continue? I don't know. Look at how they have changed the board. Either they are lining up for a big raise or to sell it.

No they are simply incorrect. It is $15m not $10m. If you read anything, you would know that.

The claim is "potential" because RRR hasn't started the claim process yet. The claim is for losses resulting from Tortious Interference. The Tort being, inducing VUP to break it's contractual agreements with RRR. This is evidenced by VUP jointly suing Glencore and Gecamines for payment of the $15m in the Lubumbashi Commercial Court.

Unfortunately the article is nonsense.

There is no Arbitration Case against DRC. The two parties in the arbitration are RRR and VUP. No DRC Govt entity is a party to the arbitration. It is not $10mil, it is $15mil.

Separately, RRR has a potential claim against Glencore. Variously the amount is either $210m or $420m less the $20mil. That would the minimum amount plus interest, costs and damages. The higher amount could be of the order of $4bn.

Foggie, who said you can't lose on warrants? Another expert mixing up warrants and CLNs! I did state we can't lose on the CLNs as long as we hold them.

As it happens, it is not possible to lose on warrants. They can expire worthless but that is not a loss. It is possible to argue a tax loss using HMRC's valuation methodology (look it up) but I don't know anyone who has tried it. HMRC would resist but the argument is there.

I am more than happy that we are good on the CLNs and that the warrants will be worth good money in due course.

You, of course, not being a shareholder might opine otherwise. You might think that your opinion is important but I don't.
