A fair takeover price is 100 a share, and as there have been a few recent takeover attempts, now would be the time for an aggressive one forcing the BoD to agree

A takeover can happen now, the acquiring company have the upper hand and paying circa 100 per share for everything seems fair value

the acquiring company can roll the debt into a long term deal with secure return.

Makes sense for a company in the same space to acquire and maximise return with cost reduction synergies.

Expect the sale of the company to be sooner than later
