@predator7, exactly, Sidara would only be putting in a bid again if they know they have a chance, the costs and time helps to filter them into a defined decision that they want to take the company. They already ran their hands through the pockets last year, and work in the same sector, so the whole deal is known factor to them.

I would highly expect that the initial bid is 140 with the final price paid being 160 to really ensure the deal is done immediately.

For Sindara to really make sure they need to be putting 150 to 160 on the table. I would expect 160 would ensure a solid 51% of holders say yes immediately
