Current mc is 52m at 8ish p. For ease of calculations lets say 60m at 10p. That would be 600mil at £1. So at £5 that would be £3bil. £265bil?! Just 2 questions. What are you smoking and can I have some please?!
Where is muscles?!
No, its nowhere near that market cap at a fiver. I can't be bothered working it out but I know its nowhere near that.
Maybe this drill is the pan b, so instead of just the down hole services form baker Hughes, that they will do a deal with invites (or the drill owner) for the drill also. Seems like Invictus will have their hands full on feasibility etc over the coming months. Could line up pretty nicely. Also interesting that Invictus' first engagement of baker Hughes was the letter of intent, the same as lots here have been scraping about. Interesting times.
I am not sure about that logic gents. It's easy to criticise from afar. Lets say they had spent a significant amount of time and resources attending to all the paperwork and export licences on the drill.....and then it proves to be a dud. You guys wouldn't be happy. Now, I agree that they shouldn't spend lots of money and time getting the rig sorted without having some knowledge bout whether or not the exportation of it would be relatively seamless. I assume ye both have business experience. its rarely simply black or white, more a blend of both so id like to think that they did prelim investigations re getting the rig out and seen it was doable, they then went to audit the rig. This is Africa after all so unforeseen events are bound to happen. Patience used to be a virtue in investing that was rewarded, maybe it will be again soon.
The original research was indeed done by a university. Two I believe. However if memory serves correct the reserves were independently verified by not one but two specialist companies like you mention. Go to YouTube and pull up the first interview with Crux investor - he mentions them there.
No worries triplestar. Honestly, im kind of frustrated too. I have a fair bit tied up in here for the last 18 months and its not ideal. The coms have been sporadic, even going back to the cancelled crux interview. For sure, something isn't as it seems. There are things that we clearly don't know. What I am getting at is what do they know that they can't or won't tell us. That brings me back to the gray area I spoke about them operating in. If they know its a busted flush, then its geo work that will prove it. There will be dates on these third party reports / results so they would have to disclose that or rick serious career and criminal consequences when the inevitable investigations and litigation start. If, on the other hand, they are very confident that they have it in the bag, then silence and doing it cost effectively is the only way to play it if they are serious professionals. I keep going back to why just tai again and why no raise to secure a few years of further f***ology focusing on other prospects. Also, I don't get the point raised earlier by someone here about selling pup licences. The licences were granted to helium one and I have serious doubts that they can just be flipped to another bidder - however ill informed they might be.
Yep, sorry my grammar offends you.
Ok so "fair" = "far" - not a stretch!
Triplestar - let me give you two hypothetical scenarios to consider;
1. Helium one have learnt a lot from the two drills at tai. They have also learnt a lot form the various geo works carried out. They are aware that DM's behaviour last year was a bit amateur and could even be considered rampy. The old hand Stalker realised this and took control of coms, effectively cutting them off. Perhaps this was done as they are operating in a grey area. Things look good but no way they are going to hype this again and have similar accusations. If Noble could raise what they did yesterday then clearly helium one could also. It would dilute to a significant extent and they all have significant holdings and options that would be adversely affected by a raise. If they were not confident on Tai after geo work why not raise to finish tai, even on the cheap and then go to other prospects with salt lake seals. They are going back to tai without a fundraise (yet). They haven't even talked about anything else other than tai since last year. They are extremely confident that it is a fait accompli and will do it in the most economical fashion, while keeping coms to a minimum in the realisation that that a commercial discovery will speak for itself in this market.
2. They are a bunch of fraudsters and charlatans who are stringing us along although bizarrely not choosing to raise and dilute to extend the fraud and the salaries for years to come. And they are doing this knowing that their careers, good manes and reputations will be destroyed in the process.
Hmmmm.
bet karma - that's why I said "tongue so firmly in cheek its coming out my face" I was, as Robin Williams said in Good Will Hunting - "being ironical" - there's irony even in that quote also - just as a heads up ! What I was saying is that no investment is safe in the current climate but this hasn't been too bad overall, even for a fraud as some here are suggesting!
bet karma - absolutely. What are these people on here smoking?! Its absolutely ludicrous to suggest what they are saying. Are they now saying that the various helium shows at tai 1 were all made up also? Now we have Mike Williams potentially instigated in a fraud also for his comments on the progress of the rig audit, you have all the board of directors being complicit in a fraud, all to separate clowns from their hard earned cash. Id also be surprised if the loudest mouth pieces have any investment of real size here. paper never refused ink and it applies to digital forums also. I hope they sell and f*** off so we can get back to some real conversations.
You do realise that if they were doing as you suggest they would not only be breaking the law but ruining their careers? If they have material knowledge that could adversely affect the sp they are bound to disclose it. The discovery process in legal proceedings is very invasive and it will reveal male fides behaviour. Why would Stalker even countenance such nonsense. He doesn't need this to work, he's already worth a tidy sum and has a strong reputation. I think recency bias of being let down not just with the tai drill campaign last year but with a few other aim beauts encourages paranoia.
This place is bizarre. Most of the time its talk about the shares but so cryptic I have no idea what any of them are talking about. Now we have conspiracy theories that they know they have nothing and are stringing us along to hide that fact. If they were charlatans of that ilk they would be ramping this to high heaven. If people wanted a safe investment they should have invested in meta or Tesla or something. Tongue so fair in cheek there its coming out my face. This is a high risk exploration stock in a green field are of the world. I think many who are invested here simply should not have been. Im holding strong and what will be will be. Next we will hear is that DM is actually an alien who lives in an underground complex in Antartica with Stalker being the King lizard fooling us all. Madness, a bit of cop on urgently required for some.
The frustration is real for us all AP. However, just as a counter balance, this is a very different company and approach from last year. It really does beg the question as to why? The communications this year are conservative and ambiguous to the point of being very frustrating. Last year it was relentless twitter updates etc. There has to be a reason for that. In my limited view, there are only 2 choices. 1. They are screwed, and they realise that they have nothing. But that begs the question as to why they aren't ramping, switching focus to other prospective areas identified, with the salt lake bed seals, ramping that to secure a placing etc. Or 2. They know what they have, they don't want to say anything that could be construed as negative / manipulation by potential jv's or off take partners etc. Why just go back to tai and do so without the security of a fund raise to protect the longevity of the company and their salaries? I think sometimes what's not said is more informative that what is.
Just north of 1.5m
What does sub hydrostatic mean dai? Percentages seem very low? Plus co2???????

Yep agree with all. I am too trigger happy when in finds - I still haven’t learnt patience required. Topped up pretty heavily at about 10p recently - wish I waited another 2 weeks for these prices - I’m happy to wait to be honest - I’m hoping like you are that sentiment turns around after summer but we could have a rough few months - I’d be very surprised if helium one board aren’t looking for sone Grant funding from some of these green focused initiatives - guess we will find out in due course
Seems to get over sone of the concerns people had here re the investment in green solutions being eu led - you’d like to think that helium one board are all over these possible funding avenues
Dd, love your posts.
Looked into some of the schemes and I found this interesting one - would love to hear your thoughts on it
