The July on the website presentation clearly stated that Moccasin was "currently pumping at an average rate of 65 bopd gross" The obvious question is the usual qualification that goes with pretty much all the figures they release, in this case the use of the word average. An average over what period of time? A week, a month, 3 months? An average is a trailing measure, ie at the end of a measured period of time, if production is declining (as most oil wells naturally do) then the rate at the end of the period will by definition be lower than the average - that's just maths.
