14:56:11 I'm struggling to understand the reality and motives here.Everyone, even the current Directors accepts that Howie has 6% of the company, and as such has the right to requisition a meeting. So why does the company insist on a perfectly formed requisition? It could simply point out the deficiencies and ask that they be corrected and resubmitted. If the current Directors believe they are best placed to move the company forward and that Mr Howie et al are not then why wouldn't they call a meeting and put it to the shareholders and let them decide.By referring to a purported requisition it appears at face value that the company is attempting to Resist one shareholders rights. -why? Logic suggests that either 1: they are sticklers for the rules, 2: they hope it will disappear if they bat it away enough times. Such an approach would suggest they don't actually believe they will get the necessary support from shareholders, if so why continue?

I also wonder why Craig has been vacated by a resolution of the Board with immediate effect ? There are various reasons when you read up on it an IF Craig is feeding the Winni man that comes across very amateur if he is to be the new board member here.
