There is a reason that the share price is in the pits here.

How do you expect David to balance the books an 'rework Wressle' ? David can not even raise at this dreadful price.

David needs a miracle in Oklahoma to cover the unbelievable costs mounted here for all of the failures that have far outweighed Moccassin.

David could also do with West Newton mobilising in the new year or the decommissioning costs could become a big issue for all those with a stake in the new Bitcoin Fun Fair ; which doesnt even have planning ?!!

Egdon told him NK and Kedd side-track would be drilled "this year" again and again, RBD/Rathlin told him again and again things would happen but never did, Reach told him Diana (75%) would be drilled in Q3 2024 then Q4, we are still waiting. Reach told hm 3 wells in Q4 2025, there's still time for a 2nd well, maybe crossroads is close but even in my most optimistic moments I have never believed that Reach can drill 3 wells in 3 months

Egdon not drilling the side track at Keddington or West Newton delays with priorities placed elsewhere by Reabold ?

At a dreadful 2.9 share price there have'nt been many fruits yet ! In fact it looks like one big mistake. Next stop Crossroads .. COS there looks grim. Are you sure that this US venture hasnt just been fruitful for Reach an its employees ?! It will take a very long time for Union Jack to get their costs back ?!

10:30:23 186 bpd is for 20 days, 30 days would have been 279bbls.There will be a bit of flush production after the shut in so the realistic number is probably about 275bpd equivalent so holding up pretty well at 110-115 bpd net. If we assume $58 per bbl net then that's about $200k per month revenues from Wressle, About $25k/month from Kedd, and $40k/month from the US producers. Say $260k per month including royalties of $130k annum that's gross revenues of about $3.25mm. Clearly Wressle phase 2 is key to revenue growth as the US is unlikely to repay the investment any time soon unless the two remaining wells deliver above and beyond. Can't see how they can do anything other than sell the US assets and Royalties if the last two don't deliver, to fund Wressle. As a non operator they don't necessarily need all the high priced advisors and directors to run the company at low cost and for cash. They could also borrow against future Wressle production to make up any shortfall in capital for phase 2.

10:08:45 I think the issue might be related to going concern.In April RBD made a 2.5mm loan facility available to Rathlin as they were down to 1mm cash, and more than 1mm of obligations. RBDs interims suggest this was a facility to be drawn as needed rather than a cash transfer as cash outflows don't include 2.5mm to Rathlin. RBD had 4mm cash at end June, if 2.5mm was to cover the loan facility then they had only 1.5mm of available cash. They've offered to invest 750k into Beacon, there been further investment into LNE and admin costs,, if RBD don't still have enough cash to back the loan facility then that might cause issues at Rathlin, as they cannot point to the loan to cover their financial obligations (Decom or well entry and testing obligations to NSTA).Just a guess, but I wonder if Rathlin are having difficulty with going concern issues. If Rathlin can't raise cash or someone to pay their share of WN, then there is the possibility they may go into administration. If that is the case, and at this stage nobody is saying, then it raises the question of who picks up the 66% of well and/or decom obligations that they are currently responsible for?
