Suggest we all ignore him - the RNS clearly stated that Hemo are working on funding ahead of trials. Infact it is an RNS I am eagerly awaiting - even th troll conceded that the last funding RNS was one of the strongest validations of the Hemo investment opportunity. An update on funding will go hand in hand with CH lifting and commencement of trials with our world class partner Prevail.

These trolls are either Intelligent or Not.

On the assumption that they are (although every chance they are just gamblers /chancers who have got lucky a few times by going SHORT in a BEAR market) intelligent there behaviour and narrative is so predictable. They must be very troubled and it would not surprise me if it transpired they are only hear to earn their fee. If they have done even the smallest piece of research they probably also have bought shares too.

Whenever that pesky next RNS lands - this SP will move upwards quickly. So let nobody say they were not warned.

But my research suggests that 1.5p is a firm support level, but with the huge amount of buying in recent days I very much doubt we'll get anywhere near 1.5p again.

Profits have been taken between 2 and 2.2, so I think its more like we consolidate just above 2p OR we move upwards towards 3p in anticipation of news AND some help from a very bullish BTC

Be careful if you have set stop losses - seen it happen too many times where the Bid is dropped sharply ahead of a rise to pick up some shares. It should not be allowed and must involve collusion

QBT has raised £5.5m through the issue of equity in the last 24mth through 6 events

(3 x Exercised Warrants, 2 x Placings and 1 partial Bond conversion)

In totality:

£5,5m cash raised

376m shares issued

41% increase in 'shares in issue'

Avg price paid per share of 1.5p

Two conclusions from this:

1. Their ability and success to raise in the last 24 'difficult' months, from a capital riasing perspective. is commendable and puts them comfortably in the upper quartile

2. The avg price paid of 1.5p further explains and re-enforced why we saw such strong resistance at 1.5p in the last week. However, with the bullish BTC and following 2 years of R&D progress I very much doubt we'll see 1.5p again in a hurry. 2p or higher will quickly form the new support level.

People seem to be making a lot of the comment in the RNS in respect of this latest placing being enough to take QBT through to revenue. It's a very positive statement of intent and expectation. Equally, from the sounds of the progress and the maturity of the relationship with the miners, it sounds very credible that we are mightily close to revenue now. How much revenue, is difficult to say and in the hands of the commercial negotiation. I think most of us agree that QBT should have a string hand if the tests show an uplift in mining performance anywhere close to their own tests.

One2one - I'm usually very generous in my words to those who are short when a SP rises. (note a recent post on the QBT BB)

Twice now on QBT, the trolls seem to have gone strangely quiet when seeing the price action and hopefully my post made a difference in however small a way to dispel the FUD they looked to cause.

You can lead a horse to water, but you cant make it drink. Sadly, despite all the very intelligent, diverse input from shareholders on this forum you continue to either think or try to make out that everyone else is wrong and you are right.

So, I'm afraid, that I won't hold spare a second thought for any losses you make when the first of several great RNS land.

I'm no genius and I cannot vouch for the IQ of JHFH, dHub, Haywain, Hulver and Pingu. But i can assure you that we all hold significant (to us) positions in Hemo and collectively we've probably invested more than 1000 hours researching the Hemo investment case.

Haywain - PLEASE do not respond to this despicable Troll.

If I was employed at Hemo I would, without hesitation, be taking steps to report this troll to LSE and the authorities for libel

To describe the absolutely incredible work by Vlad and his team as a "dismal attempt" is absolutely disgusting, libellous and disrespectful. And of course most importantly - absolute fabrication and bowlocks

The second second is equally manipulative and laughable.

Hemo have a clear, robust plan to address the single issue that the FDA raised which cause the CH. Hemogenyx would not, cannot put a headline in an RNS expecting to start clinical trials in 2023 if the plan would take longer than a few months.

It may make our resident troll (one2one) sick, but the reality is the RNS is expected to land any day/week now.

I have contacted Vlad one 2 of 3 occasions to bring his attention to the libel on this forum. His very strong and clear response on each and every occasion is to avoid this forum and focus on the RNS. He has asked that I dont read or post on here - given some of the rubbish that gets posted

It's super frustrating waiting for the news we've been looking forward to for 2-3 years.

But i guess after waiting years, whether it's day(s) or week(s) in Biotech Terms we are sticking out our proverbial chest to cross that finishing line. (I say finish line - it's probably better to think of it as a start line - the start of clinical trials)

Equally, a red day for the share price is always frustrating. However, the lower the SP, the even more compelling reason to buy.

I'm not sure if it's only me (infact i know it is not) but this week and last weeks has felt so different - the markets seem so much perkier. This comes off the back of the insight I gained that pension fund managers are scaling their client money back into UK equities.

It may be luck or co-incidence by Hemo timing may turn out to be perfect - with potentially pivotal RNSs landing at the start of a Bull run on UK equities - especially the smaller ones that remain most suppressed

Trolls suggesting that outstanding E2.5m Bond will be or has been converted and could suppress the share price.

They forget to mention that Bond is in the hands of MC Strategies AG - a company de-merged from Eufingest SA who hold a 6.7% stable and strategic stake in #QBT. Both companies share the same OWNER

89m shares were converted on July 14th. It has no obvious impact on volume or share price in either the 5 weeks preceding or following the RNS

Avg Daily High - 1.6p across the 5 weeks before, 1.42p in the following 5 weeks after

Avg Daily Low-: 1.49p across the 5 weeks before, 1.30p in the following 5 weeks after

Avg Daily Closing Price: 1.59p across the 5 weeks before, 1.41p in the following 5 weeks after

Avg Daily High: 6.2p across the 5 weeks before, 5.6p in the following 5 weeks after

Very safe to say that the company did not just dump the shares at the earliest opportunity

It's been a challenging few years for the HEMO share price. Many of us shareholders have avoided this BB for varying periods of time because the TROLLS and BEARS have flooded it with their manipulative agenda.

You are spot on, progress through the clinical pipeline is an important component in valuing Biotech.

Arguably, the progress that HEMO have made on said pipeline have not been priced in to the SP.

Only 30% candidates make it through the Pre-clinical

Up to 75% candidates successful in Ph 1 trials

Up to 50% candidates successful in Ph 2 trials

Up to 60% candidates successful in Ph 3 trials

Up to 85% candidates navigate the final regulatory hurdles associated with an IND

Overall - that adds up to the reality that only 5% of new drugs/therapies are successfully commercialised following the initial discovery in the Lab.

Hemo are shortly hitting the pivotal Biotech inflection point of moving from a pre-clincial Biotech into the Clinic. This is the catalyst for new investment, increased exposure to Big Pharma and most importantly the chances of commercial success DOUBLE from 5% to 10%.

You'll also notice that Phase 1 Trials tend to be the phase at which INDs have most success. This means that when the clinical hold is removed, HEMO enter a period in which the risk of failure is as it's lowest point - up to 75% of new drugs/therapies are successful in Phase 1.

From a valuation perspective - when new drugs/therapies show good results in Phase 1 trials - this historically is the point at which Biotech valuations increase in multiples (up to x10 on average if the results are good)

As a result of the FDA clinical hold added in July - success at the pre clinical IND stage has NOT yet been priced into the share price.

On a final note, HEMO are reaching this climatic stage for HEMO CAR-T. The great news from an investor perspective is that Hemogenyx also additional clinical candidates in development in CDX Antibody and CBR; the latter of which has hugely excited those at Hemogenyx and shareholders. It could go on to prove the company maker

A close in the region of 2p is a great sign. I imagine many of those who bought this week have taken profits.

We now have a new base forming at 2p with many having bought at this level and we know there was incredibly strong support at the 1.55p level.

Glad it is only Tuesday, three more trading sessions to build on the momentum before the weekend breather.

The irony is that 2024 is just 35 trading session away now

So if CH is lifted in 2023 as per Hemogenyx and Prevail's expectations we have between 1 and 35 trading session to go before we get an RNS confirming CH lifted. (probably less as the RNS below actually states 'clinical trials' which is a step that follows the lifting of the clincial hold)

I have to admit, my thoughts were that the commencement of clinical trials would probably be Jan/Feb 2024 - given that I was expecting CH to be removed in November.

We have One2One to thank for kindly pointing out the pivotal line in that RNS on 18th Sept. On behalf of Hemo investors all around the world - Thank You 121.

The expectation to start trials this year, whether it is achieved or not, speaks volumes about the capability we have secured working with Prevail. It sounds like Hemo can crack on with trials very quickly following the green light from the FDA. (And we know from previous RNS - that the FDA have signed off HEMO's plan to remove the CH)
