Someone has been a little after hours... a couple of decent buys

On the plus side, i detected a lot of investors happy to invest at 5p with reasonably sized trades (100k+) which bodes well.

Whilst we may not have got the increase we all hoped for today, I'm not sure the update warranted it. (it was a decent update, but only in line iwth investtor expectations. Let's not forget that since the H1 update many hoped for a full year profit this year)

However, I think EVE is a great investment, both undervalued right now and with decent potential, at this price and we may see a more sustainable rise as we got through 2021 which, as LTHs, is probably better than seeing a spike today

One of biggest principles of accounting is 'matching' so cost of sales is mostly recognised in line with the benefits which in this case is when it is sold.

Therfore it will affect cash, but not necessarily Ebitda

Not buying lots of stock in december should not impact EBITDA. It would affect cash. (based on y accounting skills, but may be wrong as i dont know as ive not worked in this industry)

id actually hope they have 'stocked up' to derisk anybrexit teething issues....

We know that YOY revenue growth was ~15% from July to November. If the 15% holds for the whole of H2 the full year revenue number will be c£25m.

December is a key month so I would estimate that revenue in December would be c£3m.

With lockdown, improving French performance, new products and better YOY growth following WHICH? reviewss its reasonable to think growth in December could be much higher. This growth is hard to put into % terms as it could be very significant. e.g 50k sales of new range through Boots and online revenue per unit of £15 would equate to 25% YOY growth on top of the 15% Run rate.

My guess is that December Revenue is up 50% YOY which is an incremental £1m over the 15% growth already reported for H2. This equates to FY revenue of £26m (above expectation and YOY growth).

Really hopeful that all investors are rewarded - particulaly you LTHs
I've been invested, on and off, just shy of 12 months - I started investing when lockdown kicked in.
I now have a nice little holding in my SIPP, and can and will be as patient as I can. Learnt a lot in 12mths

No RNS yet, so no nearer knowing what this is or isn't.

What i would say is that it must almost certainly represent progress. And whether we have days, weeks or months left of legal process I remain very confident that this will conclude very positively for KDNC shareholders.

The BBC headline today is about backlogs in court in the UK, so can only imagine its as bad or worse in Brazil which must have played a role in some of the extended timelines here.

GLA and 'patience' all round. It's that special commodity (almost as special as iron ore) that helps people make money in this game :-)

I agree with you. It sounds like Eve are very much striving for the right balance of inventory and if they get it wrong, they'd rather sell out Vs hold excess stock. Sign of a well run company, very clear of its objective.
