RE: Shareholding Update23 Jan 2021 11:56
Nice to see the strong positive sentiment for this share. I think everyone would agree that for a core group of posters, there has never been any doubt in the opportunity. However, there are lots of new faces here this week and many suggesting we've seen a more broader change in market sentiment and that will start to reflect in the share price.
We all know what we are dealing with here, HEMO are a pre clinical biotech with a arguable four or five clinical contenders all ready to go into human trials. These target cancer, auto immune diseases and COVID. Hemo have worked and continue to work with some of the biggest and best market leaders in this space.
The shares has dropped c50% off recent highs, as we await news of the how things will play out next: will we partner or go it alone in clinical trials? Who will we partner with and what the commercials will look like? How big a role in Covid might we play?
It is this uncertainty that has been played on by MMs, shorters and the impatient. But with an MCAP now of just £40m, I expect history to show we are in bargain territory. If just one of these makes it through the trials the SP will be measured in £s, not pence. Compare Hemo to Tils who are into phase 1 trials and valued at over £300m even after any dilution from raising £50m.
