Totally agree with everything you have said

Our resident wart George may have accurately predicted the SP movement, and "may" even have played some role in getting us there. Being lon and bullish on this stock, it is disappointing to be at these levels.

However, perhaps 14p was overvalueing Hemo at that point in time, but equally I am absolutely convinced thatthe current MCAP of £20m materially undervalues Hemo. Therefore, with the MCAP dilution already done, this is a 'no brainer' HOLD for LTHs and an absolute golden buying opportunity for new and existing investors here.

Whatever rubbish get spouted here, this is a very special company, with many shots at goal and some very special scientific talent - And £millions now in the bank :-)

Now the numbers are out the way, we can expect a series of trading / operational updates that should be positive. The pent up demand for leisure activities will help ESC and looking forward to updates on growth plans. Rememeber, its a buyers market and they'll be some prime locations up for grabs.

The big jump reflects that HEMO now have the cash in bank and have turned the debt into equity.
So in essense, the shareholders have been diluted by up to 50% with the additional shares, but the value of the company has circle doubled... (rough maths)

But as JHFH says - the company has been previously valued at c£50m with no cash and less progress. So with up to £10m in the bank and close to clinical trials, i see now reason why this will not start moving up to £50m in time based on what we know now. It has potetial to do much more on the back of significant progress or new information.

Its not hard to say - the market is more that aware of the extra shares. Its just an admin thing.
If the SP does drop when they are offcially on the market it will be due to normal demand / supply, not because of dilution

Each to their own, but I value the rich IP and pre clinical candidates, together with £10m+ cash at much higher than this...
