Just spoke to a very helpful chap at Barclays

The reality - things still very much in the air, but i felt confident that Barclays will, in time, when they are presented with all the information, find a solution.

The latest sounds like No Certificates will be issued, no crest option and its likely this will start trading (o Nasdaq) before UK shareholders have an opportunity to do something. However it does sound like within 2 mths there may be a solution and still some suggestion they wil go on the official list

Quest...irrespective of the SP performance, it sounds like you invested in the wrong stock with such feelings about the CEO.

The reality is there are a whole bunch of peopel who will be happt to sell at these levels - i.e. anyone who bought in placing or 18mths ago

But there are also a lot of shares that were bought my people in the last 12mth which are unlikely to be sold at these prices...

WIth an MCAP of £20m and up to £10m in the bank - that values all the IP and pre clinical development at £10m. For over a year the latter has been valued at signficantly higher than £10m - it was mainly the CLNs that devalued the company which have now gone.

Make your own minds up, I'm an amateur investor and only expressing my opinion
