"ANGLE plc (AIM:AGL OTCQX:ANPCY), a world-leading liquid biopsy company with innovative circulating tumour cell (CTC) solutions for use in research, drug development and clinical oncology, announces that, following feedback and discussions with a significant shareholder, Andrew Newland, Chief Executive, and Ian Griffiths, Finance Director, have agreed to step down from their positions on the Board.

They remain committed and supportive of the Company and intend to support the Company with an orderly handover.

The Board now comprises Dr. Jan Groen, Non-executive Chairman, and Dr. Joseph Eid, Non-executive Director. It is proposed that the Board be expanded in due course."

So Newland has left for 'new lands': and the AGL s.p. fell 16% on the day: down 0.6p to 3.15p, another all-time closing low.

It's perhaps not surprising that some AGL shareholders are also now seeking 'new lands', for their AGL investments ... to hopefully make a 'new mark' in their portfolios ...

And if so, Newmark Security (NWT) could perhaps be the ideal place.

NWT reported its full year results last week (4th. September): with a very strong H2 performance of 11.7p eps.

11.7p eps in H2 equates to 23.4p eps on an annualised basis.

NWT has subsequently moved up to 85p: but this still just gives an annualised P/E ratio of c. 3.63!

So no FY trading update yet from S247.

Though technically, a company doesn't have to issue a trading update if business is broadly in line with market expectations.

The imperative to issue one is if the results are now expected to be significantly outwith pre-existing market expectations, either above or below.

And in S247's case, I think there's enough grounds to believe that results are at least broadly in line with market expectations.

Which would represent good, strong growth: and highlight the current s.p. of 8.5p as a real bargain.

The past two weeks have been dreadful for Jaguar Land Rover (JLR), and the crisis at the car maker shows no sign of coming to an end.

A cyber attack, which first came to light on 1 September, forced the manufacturer to shut down its computer systems and close production lines worldwide.

Its factories in Solihull, Halewood, and Wolverhampton are expected to remain idle until at least Wednesday, as the company continues to assess the damage.

JLR is thought to have lost at least £50m so far as a result of the stoppage. But experts say the most serious damage is being done to its network of suppliers, many of whom are small and medium sized businesses.

The government is now facing calls for a furlough scheme to be set up, to prevent widespread job losses. ..."

Encouraging-exciting stuff!

Multiple quality opportunities have been presented to ARA, in new tech & AI related areas.

And it sounds like they're almost competing for the chance to RTO into here!

ARA's December 2024 proposed RTO was with a £3M. valuation for current ARA shares, which with 10,500,000 shares currently in issue, equates to a valuation of 28.57p per ARA share.

That demonstrates the magnitude of the potential upside here, even leaving aside post-RTO gains from a great growth stock.

This is so underpriced at just 4p per share (market cap. £420K.), compared to other shells.

ARA's main-market listing alone is a very valuable asset, as are its management team (who are working for free until an acquisition), even leaving aside its significant cash balance.
