TGL's rise from 0.4p has been more gradual than on the previous occasions, which should mean that it has firmer foundations for an assault upon 1p+. Though having said that, more good news, of the right type, could see it accelerate rapidly.

YellowSnow, I like your numbers. Last Wednesday's contract win RNS specifically said that it was a very important and significant client for one of GOS's premium services. We can see from the March 2015 investor presentation how much those premium services go for. That presentation also made this revealing comment: "• In post-Snowden environment, customers are seeking European providers" The defection of Edward Snowden is raising fears that US security measures may have been compromised, giving European providers like GOS a distinct advantage. And that could also apply to winning work in North America itself.

Thanks Bampster. Also note that TGL's placing to accompany its acquisition of GOS Systems five months ago was at 0.38p. So at its current 0.55p it is just 44.7% higher, despite five months of stellar progress, that TGL has said is above their initial expectations. That is still a very modest premium for a former shell or similar company months after making such a company-making acquisition. Two examples in comparison to illustrate this: 1. Two good GOS RNSes this week (so far ... it's only Thursday!!). And with more good news expected over coming months. The positive effect of a good company name change should not be underestimated, especially for a former shell where the old name doesn't reflect the new reality. This is in line with a point that I've made previously, that a stockmarket listing for a company often enables it to win contracts with some larger organisations who are wary of giving big contracts to smaller unlisted companies. The listing, together with the elimination of GOS's debt by the administration, to be replaced by TGL's cash, will clearly help greatly in due diligence by (potential) clients. And the increase in the number of clients is particularly significant because GOS doesn't actually have that many: it has a relatively small number of customers, who each spend a lot.

Sausagedog, TGL is certainly the most under-valued share on AIM that I am aware of, and I have looked at many. There are many shares that look cheap, but by and large they are a 'poisoned chalice'. TGL has both cheapness AND quality, the two determinants of great value.
