Jamie Ridealgh presumably sees moving to TGL as offering something more, which gives an indication of the quite massive potential here.
His North American background could also be very helpful to any GOS Systems expansion 'across the pond'.

So why does TGL need another CEO, to run TGL Services, as an 'umbrella' over GOS & SDS?
It suggests that more acquisitions are coming, to help justify this role.
