Sausage, Longer term, definitely. As I said about a month ago, a CQCL reverse takeover of GOS doesn't have to be soon: e.g. it could be in a year of 2 (at much bigger valuations for both). And in the meantime, TGL have a nice stake in CQCL. But even shorter term, it could happen, if both sides want it to. People may not have made up their minds in the past, or could change their minds.

YS, Even if the shares were not suspended, a monthly update would be very frequent: why not just quarterly, unless there is a specific deal or change to report? And with the shares suspended that is even more the case, as you can't actually trade on the info. given. We did have a very informative conference call just last week, so why the insinuation of lack of respect? Was any timescale given for the presentation and audio, or did they just mean prior to relisting? Of course the company may not be able to tell us everything because of reasons of business confidentiality, especially considering the sensitive area in which it works.

Sausage, Investing in AIM can sometimes make one a bit paranoid, but let's focus on the facts here. The shares are suspended here because of a 'reverse takeover', but that is normal with reverse takeovers. So, nothing to worry about there, on the contrary. And in the conference call just last week, the company confirmed that business continued to be good, so nothing to worry about there either. Not returning from suspension until the New Year is ideal: a new year, a new name, a new start, and over a year of clear blue water since GOS's administration in 2014, which by 2016 will be starting to sound almost like ancient history in investment terms. I hope that the placing at relisting reflects the good progress since the May placing at 0.6p, e.g. the deals with CQCL and Fuss Free Phones, and that the price is at least 0.7p, if not higher. It might also be nice if the fundraising had an open offer element to it, e.g. the opportunity for existing shareholders to acquire one new ordinary share for every ten existing shares.

In June TGL invested £200,000 into CQCL, a 20% discount to the price of the subsequent much larger fundraising, i.e. TGL'S stake is worth £250,000 at that latter price. If CQCL 500-bags from that latter price, TGL's stake will be worth £125 million. Let's call this the "Microsoft scenario". Though if CQCL does indeed become the 'Microsoft of quantum computing', then CQCL could actually thousand-bag, as Microsoft itself did. And if that happens, then TGL's stake would be worth a cool quarter of a billion pounds. Compared to TGL's current market cap. of circa £3.5M. And that of course is in addition to the value of GOS Systems itself, including its distribution rights over CQCL's forthcoming Quantum Key Encryption ("QKE") products. So anyone looking for a LSE listed play on quantum computing should look no further: TGL is it, and longer term must surely have 100-bagger potential, combined with superb downside protection.

GOS has been investing heavily into its business this year, but this will pay dividends in terms of increased capacity and new product launches, and 2016 should be the break though year for financial results. My impression is that while TGL's existing listing will be retained for GOS Systems, the old company will be delisted, and its assets transferred to the new listed company. GOS's close association with Cambridge Quantum Computing Ltd. is and will continue to be exciting whether they combine into one joint listing or not. And a CQCL reverse takeover of GOS doesn't have to be soon: e.g. it could be in a year of 2 (at much bigger valuations for both). According to this article extract from January, fellow quantum computing leader D-Wave could 500-bag: "It’s also likely that TINY would sell their shares in a liquidation event at 3X to 10X valuation when in fact D-Wave becomes the next Intel (NASDAQ:INTC). I totally agree guys. Companies are more keen to talk if things are going well, and vice-versa, when they prefer to keep their heads down. And 2016 should be particularly exciting, with the launch of CQCL’s Quantum Key Encryption (“QKE”) products. TGL's directors (in their 23rd. June RNS) stated that they "believe that QKE products will become essential for sensitive communications", which suggests that the company can capitalise on their early mover advantage to become a market leader. Certainly, Grupo Arcano's massive $50 million vote of confidence in CQCL suggests that this is not just idle talk. That investment into CQCL also increases the likelihood of a CQCL reverse takeover (RTO) of TGL-GOS, for two reasons: 1. CQCL is now well-funded, so an IPO (initial public offering) is unnecessary, freeing the way for the RTO route to market instead. 2. CQCL's significant funds should mean that it is substantial enough to meet RTO requirements. If a RTO (reverse takeover) is being arranged, then suspension is standard practice, and this is usually positive. There's an element of risk in that negotiations to make the reverse acquisition might break down, but even that doesn't apply in this case, because TGL already own GOS Systems. And if markets crash over this summer, then suspended shares will of course be largely immune. At least until they resume trading, but by then the crash may have been largely forgotten, and stop loss selling etc. should have subsided. In conclusion, a RTO in general is good news, and if the deal is particularly good then so much the better. Just yesterday for example, AERO (which I follow but don't hold) said the reverse, as do numerous others. A name change from Touchstone Gold is clearly long overdue, and GOS Systems looks like a good replacement name if it is as important and valuable as the board says. And 'promoting' Jamie Ridealgh to overall CEO looks like another logical move, and another sign of the importance of GOS Systems. In conclusion, I am very happy indeed, and delighted to be in such a cracking long-term investment.
