Thanks for your posts Rivaldo, you have highlighted an absolute gem. ShareScope forecasts has it on a PER of only 9.7 for next year and incredibly 5.4 for 27/8. And my guess is that they will even beat these current forecasts!

The chart looks v positive though perhaps somewhat overbought presently but I can see this SP easily doubling within six months or so. And it looks like an obvious T/O candidate.

BNT is a very useful and important summary of where Avacta is at presently. Note the key takeaways at the end and the last paragraph in particular.

The absurd SP reaction provides a great opportunity for anyone with a brain to add to their positions. OK, there is risk but the team today certainly exuded great confidence. Afterwards, I said to Christina, this is going be an important year - she looked me straight in the eye and responded ‘yes, this, is going to be a very important year!’ - said with the conviction of someone who was pretty certain Avacta is on a winner.

Yes, very serious. Something must be pretty bad for this to happen at this stage so expect major collapse in SP.

Someone asked for a commentary on how AVCT looked on the ‘charts’ so here’s my ha’penny worth for the benefit of the cynics out there!

The SP has increased steadily from a recent base around 50p to reach the first strong resistance point at 80p at which a pause could have been expected which duly happened. A small period of consolidation may now take place before a further upwards movement towards the next resistance point at 100p can be expected when there may again be a pause unless some spectacular news takes the price way beyond all current expectations. All in all, a very positive chart and a share I would have every intention of buying were it not for the fact that I already have a substantial position!

Perhaps not so boring after all! SP seemed to have formed a classic ‘double bottom’ c56p and has already achieved its initial target of 65p. We could now see a further upward movement towards the mid 70’s.

Watch this space (and SP).

Just wondering how ridiculously low the SP can go. Shareholders just seem to be bored with NIOX which continues to deliver excellent results, has good prospects, is debt free and generates good amounts of free cash.

What more should shareholders ask for rather than selling the share? One of these days we will wake up to a nice RNS announcing a T/O bid………..

SB, you have got that wrong. Movements in deferred tax assets are an accounting adjustment which really do not affect the financial strength of the business in anyway.

Yes, it’s ridiculously cheap given that profits for several more years will be tax free because of past losses. This will mean that free cash flow will be enhanced.

A trade buyer at around 80p would do very well out of Niox!

All very positive. 24% increase in dividend to 1.55pps. No buyback but promise to return 80% of free cash flow to shareholders in medium term. 2026 started well.

Full year results announced on Tuesday- should be interesting………

With the full year’s results due shortly, there is a remarkable degree of pessimism surrounding Niox’s share price. Given that the trading update reported continued positive trading and cash generation, am I missing something?

Yes be a little patient, this one will explode when people realise how cheap it is. Based on the 2027 forecast it’s on a PE of 8.5 with the order book rising by the day!

Yes, SP too low, it’s silly. Note trading update in January v positive with new NIOX PRO successfully launched in December. Full year’s accounts due end March so expect good buying before then.

O.M.G. this looks massive. In effect, ECOB gets a fully funded 51% subsidiary without any funding input from the group ready to contribute for 2027.

Nothing short of incredible; I’m assuming this is not a dream as I have only just woken up!

The decreasing number of ECOB cynics will no doubt view this RNS as more bull…t.

However, doesn’t it firm up on the probability that the Senegal contract deposit referred to in the December RNS will actually be received this month? If it does, then the SP should react very strongly. Look at the chart: the SP has formed a classic ‘flag’ and an upward movement with good volume could double the price.

Agreed that the valuation was totally out of touch with reality. But the fact that they still seem to have serious intent, surely at a valuation light years away from that of ECOB , puts a focus on what could be a very exciting future for this tiny UK company.

The Boxabl SPAC is still alive - it has been rescheduled with a deadline of 31 March.
