Just wondering when the market is going to wake up to the potential of ECOB IF it can get property funded?

With the contracts it already has on the table, compare and contrast with USA company Boxabl which has pathetic recent revenues yet is aiming for a NASDAQ listing shortly via a SPAC at a target valuation of no less than $3.5 BILLION!

Might ECOB be one of the stars of AIM for 2026? We can but hope.

Yes, on my reckoning there have been 20 significant buys (each over 100k) so far this week totalling 6.9m shares or nearly 1.7% of the total shares in issue.

If a serious offer were received rather than ‘talks about the possibility of something’ then that would have to be announced.

It was over subscribed on what was offered, so that says everything. It must mean the Institutions are now seriously on board.

We have to keep in mind the fact that IF this litigation is successful, it will have been funded by lawyers who are working on a contingency fee basis that will absorb a significant part of any award, together with various parties who will have a priority for their fee bases. All this will take a large element of any award. On top on this, it is surely be obvious that the claim at £195m must be at the extreme of any possible award even if it were to be successful.

My guess for what it is worth is that £5m gross might be possible and virtually all of this would be absorbed by fees leaving an only nominal amount for the pref shares.

ITS, I think you have missed a point about the process. Initially, the panels are produced by the automated moulding machine in 12 by either 2.8 or 3.4 metre standard sizes from which the requirement for an individual house is then cut. It is therefore inevitable that of the original panel there will be a fair amount of waste.

The process could be compared in a way with a load of cement delivered to site - clearly not every kg can or will be used.

These are impressive! On near minimal turnover, ECOB has shown that it can achieve near break even.

Just imagine the level of profits that might emerge when a few of the contracts in prospect start to deliver.

For those who are influenced by trading patterns, NIOX has formed a really strong band of action between roughly 60/70p that has lasted some 18 months or so with occasional upward spikes. Given the strong trading/financial background and recent t/o interest, it is predictable that this pattern will be broken on the upside before too long and when it does, 100p will easily be achievable.

They’ve had the stake for ages; nothing new with this post.
