2022 turnover expectation was reduced from £65-77m as of 30.09.22 to £29-31m as of 31.12.22, over 50% lower, not sure about majority of of turn over being weighted towards the back end of 2022 as you suggest.

TheDogFarther - Assume you mean the value of HARL is a £1, not the share price. Current estimates are for LOSSES to 31.12.22 to exceed the current HARL valuation of £25million.
Probably why Killik & Kave have been selling. Until the company can show a neutral balance sheet or a small profit expect the share price to suffer accordingly.

The share price is exactly the same as 9th February 2022 16.25 - 16.50 after the FSS contract win of 800 million, why do you suppose this is? Killik offloading shares may have some impact to the price, but for every sale there is normally a buyer, so that negates that effect, even though the faithful rampers would have you believe otherwise. Has the FSS 'effect' passed by and investors are moving onto the next multi bagger?

Xenor - Strange you called me a troll, anything but the truth to be honest. I noticed in you post of 26th November 2022 you clearly posted "I've no doubt there will be a placing in the future" Care to reply?

Maybe Killik have got wind of the imminent placing. Why else did JW cancel his LSE presentation? To avoid awkward questions perhaps. Funding maybe in place, but at what cost? There will be no immediate income from the FSS, a placing is an easy option now with the FSS contract signed.

lsetown - Re HARL share price being to cheap, until the FSS contract is signed and sealed HARL is probably only worth the price the day before the FSS RNS was released - around 8p. Probably why the price is steadily declining and the poor trading update from last week hasn't helped either.

upomega - In hindsight the shareholders should have pushed for more information from the board why they advised against the KIST offer, if they were certain it was a bad offer why not offer a chance to vote and see it rejected?
One thing for certain if the current deal is rejected there will have to be some board changes as private investor shareholder confidence appears to be waning.

Sorry for stating the obvious here, but people had the chance to bail out at £4.50 last summer and just assumed the great Serica bandwagon would keep on rolling up to £6.00
As soon as the board refused to talk to KIST pressure should have been applied then to improve that deal, shareholders are partly responsible for the demise of the share price and the current inferior deal by their lack of action. They seem happy to unite now, but failed during the summer to try to improve the KIST offer.
Doubtful KIST will pay a return visit in my opinion.

Aimgambler123 - A few worried folk in Stornoway today after the disastrous RNS last week. The company need the FSS contract to service the current debt, if its is reviewed HARL will be sunk.
JW's recent purchase was a stunt to prop up the share price, the current trading position would have been known weeks ago, not last Friday.
Before I get shot down as a de-ramper, I have held HARL shares on & off since September 2021 & a current (but concerned) share holder.

Heard a rumour HARL might be signing big contract to service the fleet of RNLI lifeboats. Share price could hit 60p by Friday.

There was a surge in buying activity for Riverstone after the RNS.
Riverstone will benefit whatever happens to HARL that's for sure.

Could be the market has priced in the 'expected' RNS for new contracts and doubt even a hefty contract or two would return the company to profit. Shareholders are seeing the tough times ahead for the UK economy and will be choosing their investments wisely or moving to cash now interest rates are moving ahead.

Not sure about a 'Comfortable Hold' the share price has fallen over 300% in the last year from around 25/26p to 6p.
